NEW SATELLITE SERVICE FOR BOUGAINVILLE

Bougainville island will soon have her own satellite service to take care of all her telecommunication needs including services to nearby Pacific islands such as Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands, etc.

Papaala Chronicles picked up a partnership agreement between the engineers of E-STAR NC-9 Group and HM King David Peii II which reads in part: "E-STAR has the capacity to provide voice, video and data communications at extraordinary speeds and without the need for terrestrial infrastructure. This exceptionally advanced proprietary technology, whose predecessor was developed in a public /private partnership with NASA, delivers service with greater reliability than other satellite or terrestrial systems while being markedly more cost-effective than those systems".

"E-STAR will connect Bougainville schools, libraries, government institutions, and citizenry as a whole to the World Wide Web very affordably. Bougainville will enjoy a new world of higher education, high tech remote jobs, e-commerce, and countless other opportunities. The nation will experience exceptionally reliable delivery of television programming. And the same system will provide point-to-point telephone communication - no cell phone towers or other terrestrial cabling or control systems needed".

Papaala Chronicles understands the King has engaged a Communications Engineer from Arawa, Central Bougainville, to coordinate and oversee the technical portion of the project.

INTERNATIONAL AWARD & RECOGNITION

ROYAL CUSTODIAN OF PEACE AND HUMAN RIGHTS

The International Peace and Human Rights summit that took place in the Continent of Africa last weekend from 11th to 14th Chalcedony (April) awarded the title of "Royal Custodian of Peace and Human Rights" to the Bougainville Head of State, HM King David Peii II.

The summit was organized by all African nations in conjunction with the UN and awarded recognition certificates to various Africans and black leaders around the world. The award marks the beginning of the next chapter in our international recognition as a sovereign Kingdom Nation.

However, Bougainville delegation travelling to the summit could not make it to the venue on time. The team included 2 representatives from ABG [a Minister and a CEO] and 5 officials of U-Vistract. Therefore, the King appointed one of his international lawyers to receive the award on his behalf and keep it until the delegation arrives.

Papaala Chronicles believes the earthquake in Bougainville on 11th and 12th April measuring 7.6 on the Richter scale was no coincidence. A lot of shaking is expected in every realm of human existence be it spiritual, natural, physical, cultural, political, economic, financial, etc, etc.

Master Plan

In the beginning God made a Master Plan for the universe. God then created the universe and all that is in it including time, space and matter. Everything whether spiritual, physical, temporal, visible, invisible, seen or unseen is contained in it.
God who is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Eternal, Everlasting, Immortal and Infinite cannot go wrong. His Master Plan overrides man’s plans and strategies. His Master Plan also overrides Satan’s plans and strategies. In fact every plan or activity of all created beings must submit to this Master Plan. That’s the logical order of things!

God’s creation was, and is still perfect and harmonious regardless of how we might view it to be. There is absolutely nothing wrong with God’s creation except in the way we human beings see things in our minds. Some people see abundance & plenty whilst others see lack & scarcity. Some people see problems whilst others see solutions. Some only see competition, opposition & rivalry whilst others see complementary relationships, and so on. What you see in your mind depends largely on your experiences of life, beliefs, teachings, doctrines, culture, desires, etc. The Bible instructs us to always fill our minds with those things which are good and praiseworthy, things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honourable. [Phil 4:8]. In so doing, we will always see abundance and plenty where others are seeing lack and scarcity. We will always see solutions where others are seeing problems. We will always see complementary relationships where others are seeing enemies and arch rivals.

Bougainville Peace Process

Here on Bougainville Island, those under the Autonomous Government mindset (ABG) see me as an arch rival forming a rival government. They accuse me as a warlord destroying the stability of their Peace Process, and so on. They may be correct according to their little minds or understanding, but it’s not true if you see the Bougainville crisis in totality according to the bigger Master Plan of God. I’m not here to destroy the Peace Process but to give life to it. I don’t see ABG as an arch rival but as a complementary government designed to make things work for the good of everyone towards the appointed day of integration, unification and power.

The Bougainville Peace Process is part and parcel of the bigger Universal Peace Process which I’ve been working on all this time as mandated unto me from heaven. Some of you remember the incident that took place here in November 2006. The ABG mobilized and funded ex-combatants and police to launch a dawn attack on me. The attackers incurred several deaths and the National of PNG carried a front page report with the heading “once upon a time there was U-Vistract and Noah Musingku”. They thought I was killed, and as usual, wanted to mock me, even in my death. Of course, I was shot on my left jaw and shed blood profusely, by the word of my testimony, to purchase the land from foreign control. The Bible says “…they overcame the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony…” [Rev. 12:11].

One of the main reasons why I have survived over the years of very stiff opposition and pursuit from the long arm of conventional world governments (Australia, PNG, FJ, SI, ABG, UN, etc) was because I was dealing with the bigger Master Plan rather than with smaller plans of man. It’s commonsense and logical that bigger plans always override smaller plans of man.

Integration and Unification

Integration and unification of Bougainville governments progressed to a new level this month. It could not happen in the past until God’s appointed timing which is now. Very soon we will have only one big mighty Bougainville Government for the nation. According to the Master Plan as revealed to me earlier on from on high, the process of integration and unification will come spontaneously as the joy of the Lord and the jubilation of the people arise. As the people celebrate and rejoice in God for saving them from the crisis, unification of their governments will also take place. No man will put it together as God Himself will do it according to His Master Plan. I already know how the new government of Bougainville will look like as was revealed to me years ago. Again, it’s the joy of the Lord and the jubilation of the people that will enable all Bougainville governments and factions to unite and become one again.

Even before commencing U-Vistract system in 1998, I’d been trying to unite Bougainville governments and factions. In 1997 I tried to unite late co-Presidents Joseph Kabui and Francis Ona when they separated into two different factions. The factions later became major governments and I realized sooner that in order to unite them I must firstly establish a bigger international government system. I cannot just bring two powerful governments together unless I first establish a much bigger international government system. Therefore, I established the U-Vistract System which has taken me 14 years of hard preparation. That is 7 years of hard training outside of Bougainville and another 7 years of hard training inside Bougainville.

Taking it from 1994 AD when I first commenced my hard training on the streets of Port Moresby, PNG, begging on the streets, etc, it has taken me a total of 18 years of preparation. In 18 years I have been able to complete my full training to formally commence the Ministry for unifying Bougainville’s rival governments and factions. 14 and 18 years are also Biblical. Apostle Paul also spent 14 years of hard training before commencing his Ministry to the Gentiles. Even Jesus spent 18 years preparing for His Ministry from age 12 to 30 years. I’m glad to officially commence the Ministry for Bougainville Peace, Mediation, Unification and Integration right from my year of graduation 2012 (UV calendar). I’m now qualified to do what I originally intended to do in 1997.

Strategically speaking, I first formed a Twin Kingdom Agreement with the Meekamui government in 2004. Then in 2006 I formed the Triune Government system with ABG. The process has taken some time to complete but finally in 2012 (UV calendar) I’m now ready to unite all Bougainville as originally planned. I will not do it on my own. God Himself will do it in the hearts of the people. My job is simply to let the Joy of the Lord and the jubilation of the people arise and make things happen for everyone. What we cannot do, God will do, for I know full well that nothing can stop a fulfilled or satisfied people from uniting and forming one big solid government of Bougainville that will transform not only Bougainville and the region but the rest of the world for the better.

Steward of the Mysteries of God

When God appoints somebody to become a steward of His Mysteries He also reveals His Universal Master Plan to him. God also makes sure that the enemy is kept away from knowing it. The Bible says that “had he known the mysteries of God he would not have crucified Christ on the cross….for in so doing Satan defeated himself.” Yea, even today the Mysteries of God is still beyond reach of the enemy. He just cannot grasp nor understand the Mysteries of our God and His Kingdom system. Therefore, in trying to fight us the enemy always fits into the bigger picture. Oh what a privilege to have revelations of God’s Mysteries, His Master Plan and His Omniscience.

You are all aware of how the conventional media has endeavored to fabricate and publicize every negative reports about me and our system over the past decade. The PNG Media Fraternal for instance, made a formal decision in 2000 AD following a National Court decision, to fight the U-Vistract system head-on right to the end. They linked up with Australian Media and did a very good job spreading all kinds of negative reports about the U-Vistract system. Little did they know that they were being used within God’s Mysteries to spread our fame all over the world, totally free of charge! At the appointed time now God is using those negative reports to our advantage. Every single day people are reading those negative reports from the internet, debating and discussing them, and finally making informed decisions to invest with us. Without those negative reports it would be very difficult to attract new clients/investors worldwide.

This was how we got another 10 million new clients/investors recently. All they did was to go on the internet, read about our reports, then have a debate or two within their networks and finally made an informed decision to invest with us. It’s very clear that without those negative reports spread free of charge by the media, no one would have known us. The world would not have a clue of what we are all about and what we were doing. The UV system has now taken the world by storm. The new system is now taking over and replacing the old / conventional system all over the world, thanks to the enemy especially the PNG Media Fraternal for the decision to spread our fame at the right time. The Mysteries of God are beyond grasp of the enemy. God only reveals it to whom He appoints.

Establishing the Kingdom of God here on earth.

There is already a way set out in the Master Plan and Mysteries of God for the establishment of His Kingdom here on earth. The Bible provides specific parables, prophecies and revelations of how the Kingdom of God will be established here on earth in this Kingdom Age, the seventh dispensation. If I were to go through each of those Scriptures it will consume a lot our time. Therefore, it’s not appropriate for such a speech like this. [We’ll leave that to another time].

For now its sufficient to know that what is happening here in the isles of the Pacific is in direct fulfillment of Scripture:- Parables, Prophecies and Revelations about the Kingdom of God here on earth.

Yea, the Kingdom cometh not by observation; it cometh by realization! You do not see it flying from heaven to earth, nor do you see it transported from one realm unto another. You only look back and realize for yourself what God has already done, then thank Him for what He is doing. No one can stop it from happening because no one sees it flying like an aero-plane. By the time you realize it it’s already past tense; and you know full well that it’s impossible to change the past. You can only change the present and future within God’s Master Plan of course.

Order of events/ceremony

Our month-long celebrations began on 01st Jasper 2012 (UV calendar) or July 2011 (Gregorian calendar). You have all had a hectic time celebrating, singing, dancing and rejoicing before the Lord our God who gave us a new system to save us from the old wicked system. This is only a tip of the iceberg of greater celebrations and jubilations ahead of us all. The time has come for God to turn our tears of sorrow into tears of joy. The time has come for God to turn our weaknesses into strengths, our sicknesses/diseases into health, our deaths into life, our lack and scarcity into abundance and life in all its fullness.

Mechanics of the new system:

In the old system, there is a no-care attitude if someone is affected. Governments and nations of the world are not concerned about individual lives being lost. They go out to war and kill/slaughter each without mercy. Every single day we hear of crisis, wars, battles, bloodshed, famine, disasters, etc. People are dying on the streets like animals, pigs or dogs and there is no real concern about life. Leaders train and dispatch their armies or soldiers to war without regard to life of their soldiers or civilians, for the sake of economic benefits, etc. They don’t care about deaths as long as they can have financial benefits at the end. That is the life in the other system.

The new system sees everyone as children of God, created in the perfect image of God whether big or small, man or female, weak or mighty, red or yellow, black or white. Everyone is part and parcel of the system. If someone somewhere is not happy I too am not happy. I’m affected. If somebody somewhere is not satisfied the rest of the body is affected too. If someone is in tears of sorrow the rest of the body is also affected. We must therefore, find a way to help and solve the problem so everyone in the system may be happy again. That’s the design of the new system. It’s based on the spirit of giving and helping one another. Everyone is equal before God and therefore, the rest of the body is affected even if just one single person is not happy.

God created man in His own perfect image to be just like Him, happy, fulfilled, satisfied with life, full of life abundance and life in all its fullness. God did not create man to die like animals. God did not create mankind to suffer and die from diseases and sickness. In fact God did not create man to die at all but to live forever in fellowship with Him. When a child of God is sick and suffering God our Father is also affected. He does not want any of His children to suffer.

God created and ordered everything into place. There is a proper order of things that God put into motion. However, when sin entered the world a process of disorder developed and worsened over the years until today. Everywhere in the world there is disorder, disunity, disloyalty, distrust, disharmony, chaos, and so on. The system that God originally ordered into motion is no longer functioning as was intended. There is fighting, killing, murder, robbery, rape, unemployment, homelessness, suicide, death, disease, sickness, suffering, corruption, disasters, and the like that entered and destroyed the original design.

The new system restores everything back to the original, just as God originally designed it to be. In the process of time all the above problems of humanity will go away and the new will take over; and its beginning now. One of the greatest things that will help force everything into its original order is the “joy of the Lord”. As the new system runs and restores people back to their original life of purity and perfection there will be great joy and jubilation all over the land. There will be ongoing celebrations such that it will be impossible to stop people from singing, dancing and rejoicing before the Lord. Our 31 days of celebrations this month is only a tip of the iceberg. It will increase and increase and keep increasing until there is unstoppable joy that will trigger the transformation we want for our people, nation and nations.

Instead of law and order there will be order and law just as God intended in the original. When the original order is finally restored there will not be any need for police or law enforcers or judges and magistrates. Everyone will know almost spontaneously what to do and how to function in the system. In the Bible we read about seven different dispensations. I have said this many times and will just quickly mention them again. The first dispensation is referred to as Innocence. The second dispensation was Conscience. Third was Human Government. Fourth was Promise. Fifth was Law. Sixth was Grace. Now we are in the seventh dispensation which is referred to as Kingdom Age. This is the age that will see the full restoration of the original order of life on earth according to the Master Plan of God. Everything will be restored back to its original plan and design. When that time comes, which is beginning now, there will be no law and order problem as we see today. We will have no need for police and law enforcers. We may still have some traffic police to direct traffic if need be, however, it will be very different to what we have today.

You noticed that law was given to Moses in the 5th dispensation because the original order had been lost in the Garden of Eden. God gave the Ten Commandments in the 5th dispensation to help protect society until such time the original order would be restored again. When that day comes, which is beginning now, there will be no need to have the Ten Commandments or any other law for that matter, for we will not need them anyway. We will all be relieved from the lower law of sin and death by the higher law of the Spirit of Life. There will only be order, peace and harmony for all, happening according to the Authority of God. This is the life in the New Heaven and New Earth where there will be no disease and sickness but health, no death but abundant life, no disaster or chaos but harmony, no law & order but Order and Law, and so on.

The celebrations we’ve begun this month will not stop here but will continue and grow from strength to strength, victory to victory and glory to glory. In the coming days, weeks and months, etc, we will see much greater things happening not only here at Tonu city but also in other parts of the island, region and nations. The North just had 2 celebrations in Selau and Haku last week and Central had one at Aropa whilst here at Tonu we’ve been having an ongoing celebration. I plan to continue but want to give you a few days of rest before we can continue into the month of Sapphire or August (Gregorian calendar). Let the joy of the Lord and jubilation of the people arise and naturally or spontaneously turn things around again back to its original state of order. Just keep your ears open for the announcement.

With these few words I will summarize my closing speech for this ceremony.

Firstly, this 31-day celebration we’ve witnessed is only a tip of the iceberg. Of course there’s been much satisfaction and fulfillment of the people singing and dancing for weeks and getting golden handshakes at the end. Many individuals, chiefs, families and groups have benefited and want the program to continue. We will continue after few days of rest.

Secondly, you might be wondering when our BVK hard cash will be arriving as announced during the opening ceremony. I’m supposed to present it today, now, but circumstances have not allowed me to do so. Process of Minting/printing has taken time and I look forward to presenting it during the extended period of our celebrations.

Thirdly, our new Bougainville passports are also still in the process of printing. I planned to present them at this ceremony but again the process of printing has taken some time. I promise to present them some time during our extended celebrations.

Fourthly, our architectural designs as presented and dedicated on 08th Jasper are now in the tendering process. We’ve sent them out on internet and email to various construction companies and hope to get their tenders by next week. Whoever wins the tender will be given the job. In the other words, very soon we’ll be seeing new permanent buildings here in Kings Square including a royal Palace office, banking complex, staff residential houses, government offices, and so on. Our reconstruction program has commenced and will include Tonu airstrip, Boku airport, Mamangota wharf, Kinnai wharf, and several others including those in Papua New Guinea, SI, Fiji, Australia, Macedonia, and others around the world. Knighted governors from PNG and the isles of the Pacific will return to their nation and provinces with good news. Those eligible for mobilization funds will receive their first batch of payments soonest. For the major budgets governors are required to present proper budgets before we can release your funds.

Fifthly, our fortnightly allowance for staff will continue. We’ll just increase it in the process and keep increasing it until it becomes a flood, too big for your wallets.

Sixthly, our ATM machines and Debit/Credit Cards are still on standby in Australia waiting to be airlifted direct to Tonu airstrip as soon as our first plane is ready. Negotiations are still continuing for a chatter plane or to purchase our own plane and fly in with the stuff.

Seventhly, we have not forgotten our helpers. We will soon allow our helpers to go and collect hard cash from IBOM counters. The important thing is to start somewhere and I’m glad that we have started already in a big way this month. I ask our helpers to be patient as we set out your funds distribution process.

Eighthly, many old clients or investors from Mangrove days in Buka and Ori Lavi days in Port Moresby and the region have been asking about when to expect payments. The simple answer is if you have already opened an account with our banks you are on the right track and will collect your funds as soon as things are ready. You all know that funds are already flowing like flood into our IBOM coffers but please, give our bankers enough time to sort things out before we can let you go and withdraw your investments.

Ninthly, you may have heard that the United Nations has now realized that there is more peace and harmony in Tonu than anywhere else. They have decided to participate in meetings between ABG and Meekamui when held here in Tonu. Though we are sovereign operating directly under God and not under any worldly organization, I have nevertheless kept the UN abreast of our peace process/initiatives. They’re beginning to realize how the UV Papaala system is beginning to initiate its own Universal Peace Process including a new Bougainville Peace Process aimed at bringing all Bougainville to a final place of peace and tranquility for all in the families, individuals and clans.

Tenthly, as you can see already, we have just raised the sovereign flag of our Papaala Custom Bank. From today onwards our custom bank will be open for anyone to invest in our traditional shell monies (mimis). We still have chiefs here with us who invested with the Papaala Custom Bank in the 1950s. From today onwards it will be open to anyone who might not have K10,000 cash to open an account in IBOM, or might not even have a K100 to open an account in the Meekamui Community Bank. You are now free to invest in your own mimis. Your mimis can be converted into BVK and PGK if you want it so. Mimis comes under Papaala Mauwai which is one of our eight complimentary currencies and the exchange rate is as shown in our IBOM exchange services in our IBOM website. In other words, the UV system has now connected all areas of finance from the lowest to the highest level of finance, from traditional currencies to foreign currencies, etc. We have now covered all areas of finance at all levels of society. We have not left any stone unturned. No other country in the world has done this in the present civilization. We are able to do so because we are rising as a new civilization emerging from the isles of the Pacific.

Lastly, but not the least, I’d like to thank our Macedonian representative, Sir Michael Troy and his Australian friend Steven Harris, for manufacturing my new Gold Crown and bringing it to me just in time for this closing ceremony. When I had my crowning in January 2010 Macedonia was the only special country that attended and presented me a gold-coloured crown. However, today Macedonia has presented to me an actual Gold Crown. It’s 100% gold unlike the first one which was only gold-coloured. Moreover, the Crown has nine pearls built on it. Thank you Michael and the Macedonian people. Bougainville and Macedonia are friends forever!

Finally, its time for celebrations! Its time for jubilation! Its time for happiness. Its time for the joy of the Lord and the jubilation of the people to arise and rule our land. The joy of the Lord is indeed our strength in all we do, say and think as we arise in this new civilization. Thank you and God bless.

Today marks a very important event in the history of mankind on earth! When we study Bible history we see that something very significant tends to happen every 2,000 years. More than 6,000 years ago lived Adam in the Garden of Eden. Life was beautiful and enjoyable; there was no death, no disease and no sickness. The Shekinah Glory of God hovered over the garden and there was no lack, and no scarcity, no sin, no crime, no bloodshed, no crisis, no pain nor agony, no disaster and no frustrations as everything was perfect.

Exactly 2,000 years later came King Melchizedek, King of Salem (Peace) and King of Righteousness. He had no father and no mother and was regarded as God-in-the- flesh. Abraham recognized and offered unto him 10% of his earnings (tithes).

Another 2,000 years later came the Saviour of the world, King Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, our Salvation, Wisdom, Sanctification and Righteousness; the only way to the Father, the only truth and the only life without whom life is hopeless and miserable. He was Emmanuel (God with us in the flesh).

Another 2,000 years later today we are witnessing the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth. God who has seen our sufferings has decided to establish His Kingdom here on earth which will eventually create a New Heaven and New Earth where there won’t be any more sufferings, killings, bloodshed, crisis, disaster, crime, sin, street-begging, corruption, sickness, disease and death.

And it’s all happening according to the Mysteries and Omniscience of our God who fixed it in His Master plan to take place at this time and hour. No one can change it, for it must happen whether we like it or not! No power, nor authority, nor government, nor ruler, nor king, nor emperor, nor whosoever can stop it! God’s System must be established; His Kingdom must be established; The New Heaven and New Earth system must be created as set out in His Master Plan.

We thank God for choosing our tiny island nation, even the isles of the Pacific, for such a great universal phenomenon to emerge from our shores. Apart from Biblical prophecies of the "isles of the seas", I have in my possession several other prophecies from around the world uttered less than a century ago, clearly pinpointing the "isles of the Pacific" as the region where all the above will emerge from and cover the earth. The whole world especially our international investors, are fully convinced that what is happening here on Bougainville is the very ‘crux’ of the issue or the ‘ultimate solution’ to/for the suffering human race.

World Peace:

The world desires peace but does not know how to obtain it! 2,000 years ago God provided peace to the world through His only Begotten Son but the world did not recognize him and instead killed and crucified him. 2,000 years later God is again providing peace to the suffering world but the world is still not recognizing it and instead crucifies us in the tribunal of public opinion.

In 2009 a world-renowned peace medalist, Hon. Peter Lewis, wrote an article telling the world that ‘Tonu city’ was the most peaceful place on earth compared to about 70 nations he’d visited in his capacity as member of the World Peace Council. Many other international visitors have said similar things about Tonu. Yet the media fraternal in PNG and Australia still portrays Tonu as a fighting zone, where dangerous criminals roam the streets day and night searching for whom to devour.

In 2008 a group of overseas investors landed here at our Tonu airstrip. A couple of their elders, in their late 80s, said to me “We have been searching the whole world for many years for the actual venue where the Kingdom of Heaven as described by Jesus Christ will be established….When the Jews rejected the Messiah he told them in Matthew 21:43 that “the Kingdom shall be taken away from you and be given to another nation which shall bring forth it’s fruits thereof”. Here was a group that had been searching the globe for many, many years until they realized that it was just next door to them – here in the holy Meekamui island of Ophir where God rules today through His Kingdom.

Millions of people from every nation on the planet are daily opening their eyes and rushing to invest in our sovereign monetary and banking system. These are people who have been suppressed under the other (conventional) monetary /banking system for too long. Every day they experience suppression, slavery, control, etc, and just wanted to be free from the satanic control system. They are realizing that the world can be much better off if another sovereign global system can be established for them somehow. And upon realizing that there is now a new global governing, monetary and banking system emerging from Bougainville and the isles of the Pacific, they’re rushing like the flood of Noah of old. Nothing can stop them for they have realized that the solution for their very lives is right here – here in Tonu city, Bougainville and the isles of the Pacific.

The world out there is in great confusion! Their monetary and banking system is fast collapsing. The global economic crisis has taken the toll since 2007 AD. Every single month about 27 to 28 banks in America are collapsing. This is a big statistics. Unemployment in every nation is going from bad to worse. Homelessness has taken the toll. Every single day hundreds of thousands of families are ending up on the streets, begging, crying for food, some ending up robbing each other and then getting into jails, etc, etc. In the cities you’ll find street fights, street beggars, street prostitutes, street criminals, etc, who make their living as such. They have no way of finding real love, joy and peace like we do here in our sovereign islands.

Suicide rates have increased in the nations. According to statistics more than 35,000 Americans commit suicide every year. A very similar statistics is found in Japan. People are just not happy with life. They are not content with what life has on offer for them. They feel left out, etc, and finally just end up taking their own lives. All they do is simply overdose themselves and jump down from those sky scrappers and end up in pieces down on the ground. There is no way any conventional government or whosoever in their system can save them.

Every nation is caught up in some from of crisis similar to ours. There is war and dissatisfaction in their homes, towns and cities. People are just killing and slaughtering each other. Everyone is pretending to be OK. The WB, IMF, UN, etc, are pretenders. They pretend to have the solution to the world but just don’t have it. Their governing system has reached its use-by-date and must therefore, be replaced.

I have on many occasions mentioned how the difference between rich and poor in America and the so-called civilized world is forever widening. I have made mention of how in New York I saw many multimillionaires or billionaires on one side of the street, and many multi-poor beggars on the opposite side of the street. Just image that… poverty and wealth cannot mix. Thousands are begging whilst thousands are hoarding their riches. Thousands are committing suicide whilst thousands are pretending to be OK. Thousands are dying on the streets whilst thousands are being born in hospitals. Thousands are ending up in mental hospitals daily. Life in the nations that we once thought had the solution for us has become chaotic.

Therefore, B’villeans must not keep looking out for solution from PNG, Australia, Asia, America or their WB, IMF, UN, etc. They don’t have the solution for us. And since they don’t have the solution for their own countries how on earth do we expect them to solve our problems? There is absolutely no solution outside there. I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been there.

I once thought that our colonial masters had the solution for Bougainville. Like many of our Bougainville leaders I sought for the solution in Australia, America, Europe, Asia, etc. I traveled the world searching for the solution to Bougainville but could not find it in all the countries I visited. I searched and searched and searched and still could not find the solution in foreign lands. I spent 14 years of my university life just searching for the real solution but still could not find it in any of the conventional world.

Let us teach our children the truth. Parents must understand that there is no solution outside there. Your children go to school not to find solution to life but to learn about mathematics, English, social science, economics, engineering, architecture, geography, politics, etc. We attend colleges and universities overseas not to find solutions to our lives but to learn about these subjects so we may find jobs in the governments, corporations, etc, in the towns and cities, etc. Yet the real solution to life is still too far off! It’s just not there! For those of you who have been out there you might identify with me on this. You know what I’m referring to. There is just no solution in the nations and cities of the world that we once looked up to. They don’t have any solution for us!

For instance, just have a look at our own region. Port Moresby is infested with criminals, street beggars, street prostitutes, street fighters, pick-pockets, etc. The moment you step out of Jackson’s airport you’re confronted by beggars and pick-pockets. They’ll follow you around until they either physically remove your money out of your pockets or you end up fighting with them. That’s the life on the streets. There is no solution for us available in Port Moresby or Waigani. Now let’s have a look at the government of PNG. Every single day there is mention of corruption in high places. Parliamentarians, public servants, politicians, you name it, are all caught up stealing millions of funds from the government, ending up being referred to the OC, and finally suspended or terminated or jailed. This is an everyday occurrence which they brush out as law and order problem. In other words, there is absolutely no solution for B’ville in Port Moresby, PNG, either on the streets or up in the high places of government, parliament, cabinet or wherever you thought was the solution. Rather, the solution for both PNG and B’ville is right here at Tonu city. We have the solution here!

Why Tonu? Why not Buka?

Since my coming home to Tonu in late 2004 I decided to give time to the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) in Buka to prove itself whether or not it’s able to govern our people. I did not want to interfere with any of its programs and have been merely setting up the new Bougainville system quietly. I wanted my people of Bougainville to make their own personal analysis and assessments before I can commence actual reconstruction of our island. I arrived home with all the monies I needed for coordination purposes to transform our island from a crisis-ridden island into the most peaceful nation on earth where the Shekinah Glory of God hovers over the land forever and ever. I desired nothing less than “Heaven on Earth” which is the highest standard of life as I’ve said many times before.

Compare it with the life in Buka town and see for yourself. The ABG has just celebrated its 6th anniversary year on 15th June 2011 last month. However, if you look closely at the life in Buka town and the life in Port Moresby you won’t find any real difference. The present Buka town is a direct offspring of Port Moresby. Same applies to the ABG which is a direct offspring of PNG government. All the corruption in high places which you see in PNG have been photocopied wholesale in Buka town including all the government corruption, street prostitution, pornography/blue movies, brothels, drunken orgies, six to six dancing halls, illicit night clubs, family breakdowns, divorces, etc, which are totally contrary to our culture. These are very destructive things in nation building. We cannot build a nation upon this filth. If we have to have a truly solid nation we must first have solidly disciplined families and personalities.

Just have a look at Buka police station statistics and confirm for yourself all this. 75% of Buka residents are caught up in some form of drug related cases. 75% of inmates are there due to drugs, alcohol, homebrew or marijuana. Also, according to ABG Vice President Patrick Nisiria, who has also done a similar research of his own people in Buka, 80% of Buka people (and for that matter Bougainvilleans) are caught up in drugs, beer or alcohol. Most of ABG leaders, according to its Vice President, are heavily involved in drinking and all sorts of illicit activities. In other words, 80% of our ABG leaders are drunkards consuming liquor and drugs. Yet, these are the very people you’ve given the power to lead Bougainville to the next phase of our reconstruction?

Do we want our next generations to be drug addicts? Do we want our future generations to consume beer or homebrew as is happening in Buka town today? Do we want our future generations to live in corruption? Do you want our future generations to be street beggars roaming the streets as I’ve seen in America, and in PNG’s own Port Moresby city? Do you want your children and grand children to be borrowers rather than lenders? Do you want your children to be followers rather than leaders? Do you want your grandchildren to live in slavery to foreign controllers? Do you want your grandchildren to be homeless and unemployed like its happening in America and the so-called developed world? Do you want your grand children to be like Americans and Japanese where more than 35,000 end up committing suicide every year?

What kind of life do you want to see here on Bougainville after the Crisis? ABG has not proven to me yet that it has the will and the calling to govern our people of Bougainville for they have simply photocopied wholesale all the wickedness and corruption that we see in PNG. ABG is simply an administration or coordination point of Papua New Guinea. There is no independence or sovereignty under the ABG regime. All we see today, and we’ll keep seeing in the future under ABG is corruption, pornography, drunken orgies, brothels (pamuk haus), 6 to 6 dancing halls, illicit night clubs, etc. The only way ABG can prove to me that they have the calling to govern our people is if they can clean up Buka town from all these corruption and wickedness in high places.

Bougainville Reconstruction/Transformation:

We need a totally new system to transform Bougainville once and for all.
After the crisis, our leaders led us right back to foreign control under PNG governance. Every ex-combatant listening to my speech right now must be reminded that we Bougainvilleans fought for:

(i) Preservation of our culture,
(ii) Preservation of our land/environment, and
(iii) Independence/sovereignty of our nation.

These were the 3x pillars of our fight. Late King Francis often stressed these points in every speech he made. I, as his successor, have taken up the same goals upon myself and will stand for them all the way to the end. I will keep promoting these values until we all come to fully realize them in our lives as a sovereign nation. We are a Kingdom Nation with a very specific calling. God our Maker has promised to see us right to the end or until we reach our destination which is “Heaven on Earth”. The Bible also calls it “New Heaven and New Earth”. Anything lower that will not work for our island! ABG has tried it for more than 6 years now and have failed miserably to accomplish it. It’s not in their constitution anyway.

Now, ABG is asking the Chinese to come and establish a so-called China Town under the concept of “Happy City”. They think a China Town will bring them all the answers or solutions of life in terms of the 3x pillars of our fight. They think in establishing the Happy City or China Town they will bring happiness to our island. I want to tell you now from my throne as appointed unto me by God, that such a so-called Happy City or China Town is not going to work. Instead, it will bring more destruction to our society. The same wickedness you’re seeing in Buka town right now will be merely copied again in the so-called Happy City. China has no solution for Bougainville, so as PNG, Australia, America, England, India, or any other nation for that matter. Again, the solution for Bougainville is here – right here, here in Tonu city.

Not only will the so-called Happy City be full of the same corruption and wickedness as currently seen in Buka town, it will also place our island country under foreign economic control. China will lend billions of dollars which our children and grand children will repay. We will place our children in an awkward situation where they will be permanently enslaved to the Chinese government. King Solomon said ‘a borrower is a slave to the lender’. Our children will not be able to repay it and will pass it onto our grandchildren who will keep passing the buck to their grandchildren and so on. If we look around the world today, you’ll see that all the nations of the world are caught up in an international debt cycle. Every country has debts to pay. No country is free under that control system. Yet our brothers/sisters under ABG regime have seen fit to go and borrow money from China. In so doing they have placed our young country under foreign control again. Bougainville will now be caught up again under the international debt cycle.

Oh how I feel sorry for our children and grand children if ABG vehemently goes ahead to borrow money from overseas rather than approaching us for answers. I’m not overseas. I’m not unreachable. I’m not somewhere too difficult for them to approach for money. I have the money with me to fund Bougainville reconstruction, restoration and rehabilitation. All I’ve been doing over the past 6 to 7 years of our establishment (whilst giving time to ABG to prove itself) was setting up our own fund transfer system. We can now transfer big funds all round the world from country to country, bank to bank or account to account through RIIFTRANS (RIIFT WIRE) – Royal International Interbank Financial Transfers.

If only those under ABG can open their eyes and see where they are leading our nation to, they would understand and turn this way. Why go overseas to China to borrow money when you can just simply drive to Tonu and get your reconstruction funds? Have they gone crazy? There’s no difference between the colour of money you borrow from PNG, Australia or China and the money I have here in Tonu city. The colour is the same though the spirit behind them is not the same. What you borrow from overseas will place Bougainville into the hands of foreigners. They will control our nation and our people because we will be enslaved to them forever as borrowers. As lenders they will have power over us and will force us to do things which we would otherwise not normally do in real life. If they are wicked they will force same into us too. Please, I appeal to those of you under the ABG regime to approach your leaders and try to talk some sense into them. I personally have written invitation letters and have even dispatched our Chief Administrator, Philip Mapah to ABG to bring them here for meetings all to no avail. They have stubbornly decided to remain on their side and do their own thing. They do not want to listen to the truth. They do not want to come and hear from me for some unknown reasons. Over the past 7 years of our establishment I’ve written numerous letters to our ABG leaders all to no avail. I can guarantee you that their stubbornness will end up creating, not a Happy City as they call it, but a ‘Hepi Sodom and Gomorra city’.

In order for us to create a society where everyone will be happy and without diseases, sicknesses and deaths, we must now come together in unity as a nation. As for us here in Tonu city, we are ready now to commence our city reconstruction program. We launched and declared our Universal Reconstruction Program last year on this day. Today’s program is not just another launching but an actual physical manifestation of what we declared last year. Our architectural designs have already been completed.

Some of you saw an Architect who came here 3 months ago in April. He’s the senior architect for ProDesigners New Zealand. They’ve completed most of the designs we requested, and will be coming again anytime with the completed designs for our city construction. As soon as the surveying and physical planning is completed we will call for contractors to construct them. The designs include a banking complex, government offices, palace, staff residential houses, a shopping mall to be established over at Arai, and several others.

Over the coming weeks and months this place is going to be transformed physically. Currently, it’s only being transformed spiritually. City and nation transformation starts with us. It’s most important that we be spiritually transformed first on the inside before we can begin physical transformation on the outside. If we cannot transform ourselves spiritually, mentally and physically, we cannot transform our cities. In this way we will be able to build a city that is totally free from corruption, free from alcohol abuse, free from drunken orgies, free from 6-6 rock-n-roll dancing halls, free from illicit night clubs, free from pornography, free from street-begging, free from street-prostitutes, free from rascals, free from crime, free from all kinds of wickedness that you see in Port Moresby and its offspring of Buka town.

Our surveyor, Mr. Colin Maguapana arrived two days ago and has started doing simple surveys around the city by GPS. Some of you who’ve been here last few days saw him walking around with his GPS. He’s one of my own school mates from Unitech, Lae. During the month of our celebrations you will be seeing more professionals from around the world coming and going. This is only a tip of the iceberg. I really want to engage our own Bougainvillean professionals to do these jobs but because most of them do not seem to trust us we cannot engage them. I know there are highly qualified Bougainvillean professionals in every field of modern life but most of them seem to side with the ABG and call me names of all sorts. Therefore, I’m giving these jobs out to non-Bougainvilleans and paying them highly at their professional levels according to their invoices. For instance, just yesterday I transferred K150,000 to our architect according to his invoice for the work he’s completed so far. These monies should go to our own Bougainvillean architects but because they don’t trust me I have to give it to non-Bougainvilleans. Its time Bougainvilleans opened their eyes soonest and get these jobs, but who will open their eyes?


Bougainville City concept:

Many people expect me to build a city like Port Moresby, Singapore, Sydney, Canberra, London, New York, etc, here, Let me clearly state that I have no intention to emulate their concepts of city planning. I’m not here to photocopy foreign (Western, Asian, African, etc) concepts of cities. I’m here to construct a totally new concept of city. I did not learn these at university. I learned it direct from heaven. I have observed all modern cities in every country of the so-called civilized world and I have not seen any city free from crime, squatter settlements, slums, homeless people, unemployed, street beggars, street prostitutes, corruption, pornography, brothels, 6-6 dancing halls, illicit night clubs, drunken orgies, , etc. All of the above modern cities are infested with wickedness (and you are already seeing it happening in Buka under ABG banner). Everyone around is a stranger which is another contributing factor for crime. There is absolutely no way we can clean up these cities if we continue following foreign concepts of life.

I have therefore, come up with a totally new concept of city planning. Firstly, Bougainville Island is already a city of its own whether you know it or not. The whole island is a city. The city includes all the jungles, the rivers, the lakes, the seas, the volcanoes, the mountains and valleys and so on. A city doesn’t have to be cleared of bushes, with streetlights or neon lights, etc. The jungles are in the city! The lakes are inside the city! The volcanoes are part of the city! The mountains are in the city! The rivers and seas are part of the city! The land, air and everything is part of the city! We don’t have to differentiate between what is urban and what is rural for they are both the same. The whole island is already a city of its own with about 200,000 residents. The reconstruction program we launched last year, and which is being physically undertaken now as I speak, is going to cover the whole city (Bougainville).

Everyone, whether living in a jungle or on the seashore or up on the mountain or wherever is already living inside the city. The village you come from is already recorded as a village or suburb. The roads, highways and feeder roads, etc, you have, are already recorded as streets of the city. The villages, the communities, the clan totem sacred places are part of the city. My concept of city will not ruin, nor destroy existing villages and communities and clan structures. Everything will remain as it is. We will merely develop or improve our existing villages, hamlets, communities, etc, without destroying our noble cultural values, clan structures, etc. For instance, let’s consider nearby Siroi village. The village will not be affected in any way; the people there will remain as they are under their chiefs, clans and traditional structures. We will only improve their homes or houses and provide them basic services where they are. This is the new concept of city. We will not differentiate between what is urban and what is rural for we don’t have those concepts in our culture. Urbanization is a foreign concept. Being rural is also a foreign concept. There is no such thing as urban and rural in our culture for they are one and the same. Tonu is just a major international coordination centre. Other coordinating centres for the Bougainville city are Buin, Arawa, Buka, etc.

Our new concept of city planning will truly help us prevent problems such as ‘urban migration’, homelessness, unemployment, squatter settlements, slums, street-begging, street-prostitution, etc, which are a norm in present day (modern) cities.

ABG IS A PUPPET GOVERNMENT OF PNG

Let me just quickly reiterate that the concept of having an autonomous government is a foreign concept and will keep our people subjected to foreign mind controls. We understand that ABG was formed as a means to securing peace at a time when BRA and BRF were killing or slaughtering each other. It was a temporary solution for getting basic services from PNG immediately after the crisis. We all understand its rationale for existence. However, time has changed; we should not use that as an excuse to keep our people under foreign control. We now have our own independent /sovereign financial system with the ability to finance our own reconstruction program. We must move on to the next stage now. It’s time to move to stage two and three.

RIIFTRANS SYSTEM VS SWIFT:

Most of you have heard of the recent success we had with our RIIFTRANS fund transfer system both locally and internationally. Here on the ground you all know how RIIFTRANS has been operating hereto. RIIFTRANS Tonu, RIIFTRANS Arawa and RIIFTRANS Buka are now all operational. We can now send funds from Tonu to Arawa, or Tonu to Buka, Arawa to Tonu, Arawa to Buka, Buka Tonu, etc, within minutes. We can also send funds to Port Moresby, Rabaul and other PNG destinations. We can also send funds to Australia, Solomon Islands, Fiji, USA, Canada, Europe, and just about everywhere around the world. So basically, all our transfer systems are now in place. We now only need to use the new system, and I’m glad that many are already happily using it for various cases. Over the next few days and weeks, even starting now, I will be sending big funds through the RIIFRANS system to our people in Arawa and Buka.

As the RIIFTRANS system runs forward you’ll begin to see the other stream drying up. All the monies in the country will be travelling along the RIIFTRANS highway and the other system will dry up. This will be realized even more when our own B’ville Kina (BVK) arrives on the ground. [It’s still in the process of minting/printing and is earmarked to arrive anytime. Everybody will know its exact date of arrival because it’s very difficult to hide it. It’s your money anyway and you have the right to know]

RIIFTRANS is the main financial super highway for our international funds. RIIFTRANS is also now being connected to SWIFT, FEDWIRE, EURO WIRE, TECHNOCASH, and all other international money transfer systems in the conventional world, including e-currencies such as e-gold, e-bullion, Liberty Reserve, PayPal, etc.

SUMMARY

In closing, let me remind us of the following points:

Firstly, today is the 08th Jasper (July) 2012 in our calendar. In the conventional calendar its still 2011. We launched our universal reconstruction program on this date last year. Today we are not just launching or declaring but have actual physical action to show for it. Our surveyor is here already and most of you have seen him walking around doing surveys with his GPS. Our architectural drawings are now completed. I’ve got the actual drawings here with me in my hands, just emailed to me by our architects in New Zealand. They will bring the actual drawings any moment from today whist the surveyor is completing his part. We will now engage qualified architects, builders, etc, to construct our first few buildings – which are banking complex, royal palace offices, government house, staff residential quarters, and a shopping mall. Other designs will be made available in the process of our reconstruction.

Secondly, our RIIFTRANS money transfer system is now at work. Its working very well at all levels of society – local, national, regional and global. That’s why you can now see big amounts of cash funds coming into IBOM these days. Everyday our bank is being filled with hard cash and we will soon let our helpers come and begin withdrawing them over the counter. Those in Arawa and Buka don’t need to worry because we will now send your allowances, wages or salaries direct to your doorstep via RIIFTRANS. We’ve already done the tests and we’ll follow suit now with your allowances. Apart from allowances we can also transfer large funds for reconstruction right to your doorstep in Arawa or Buka. Those in Tonu or Siwai need not worry as you will simply come to the bank and withdraw your funds. We will let you know the actual timings and you can come and withdraw from your bank accounts.

Thirdly, our reconstruction funds are already flowing. We will begin our reconstruction program from Kings Square, Tonu. We want to show and prove to the rest of the world the type of city we anticipate for Bougainville and the world. That’s why we must start from here – Kings Square. The city will be free from squatter settlements, free from slums, free from homelessness, free from pornography, free from all wickedness and free from crime. People must now see the physical evidence and prove it themselves. Everything that we've been preaching about will now become materialized or physical or become flesh. The New Heaven and New Earth concept must now become a physical reality. The Shekinah Glory of God will hover over Kings Square and control our affairs in the way God wants us to live. God wants us to be holy just as He is holy. He wants us to be pure just as He Himself is pure. He wants us to be perfect just as He is perfect.

Fourthly, as a sign of RIIFRANS working, we will now put all our soldiers, workers, government ministers, admin workers, grounds people, cooks, church workers, etc, on payroll. In fact your payroll has been continuing hereto, but from now on it will be in hard cash. We just paid out some allowance this morning to our people as a sign for you to see how it’s going to be in the next few days, weeks and months, etc. If anyone missed out who is supposed to get paid, please, send your request urgently and we’ll organize with our bank. We now have sufficient cash funds on the ground to take care of such things unlike in the past.

Fifthly, whilst our ATMs are still on the way, we will keep paying you through the above methods. Once the ATMs and Debit Cards arrive you will pick up your cash directly from the ATMs. They are ready and waiting in Australia. As soon the first flight lands here at Tonu these ATMs /Debit Cards will be flown here in no time. We chartered John Imaka’s plane to do a test flight but due to mechanical problems his plane is still in the workshop. That’s the update from that end. However, should that delay any more we will just purchase our own plane and deliver our goods directly from overseas to Tonu. Now that our RIIFTRANS money transfer system is fully operational we won’t have any problems whatsoever purchasing our own jet planes. Over the next weeks you are really going to get the shock of your lives, especially if you are a doubting Thomas.

Sixthly, we still have 3 more weeks to go to complete our month-long celebrations. Today I’m only physically dedicating our first architectural designs whilst the surveyor is doing his part. The designs are here and I’d like Pastor David Kuripasi to dedicate these architectural designs after my speech ready for actual reconstruction towards the end of the month or so. The actual timing will depend on the surveyor. He should complete his part in good time.

Seventhly, over the next few weeks I expect to present and dedicate several important items including BVK hard cash, passports, telecommunication cables connecting to Hawaii, and ATM machines/debit cards. Just keep your ears open for the updates.

From now on, we are not playing up anymore. Thank you for your patience and trust over the past 7 years of our establishment here on the ground. Those of you who will stay for the remaining 3 weeks of our celebrations will see some of these things happening. Those of you who will return to your respective districts in central and north or overseas will also see these things happening. We will transfer your funds via RIIFTRANS and you’ll pick it up there and carry out your reconstruction program.

2. HISTORY OF PAPAALA

Many people still do not know the meaning of Papaala. The Mysteries of Papaala are many and beyond man’s understanding. According to history passed from generation to generation God Papaala created our original ancestors at the Garden of Papaala in Siuai. There, the Papaala clan grew and gave birth to the Eagle clan followed by the Hornbill clan. The scope of this short speech does not allow me to go into details and will do it some other time. In the original language of Siuai Papaala refers to the God Almighty Who created the Heavens and the Earth, the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Simply put Papaala means “The God of our Origin and Source of Life”.

3. BOUGAINVILLE CRISIS

When the Bougainville Crisis erupted in late 1988 I was then a student at University of Technology, in Lae, Papua New Guinea. I was so interested in what was taking place and immediately set out to establish contacts with then President, late Francis Ona. I was then President of the Bougainville Students Association. I quickly mobilized several executives of our association and sent them to meet up with President Ona. My connection with the Bougainville leadership began then and I kept supplying valid information here and there until I made my way up the hierarchy in late 1997/8.

4. TRIUNE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM

On 17th November and 19th December I managed to sign/seal a Triune Government Agreement with late President Joseph Kabui, General Sam Kauona and King Francis Ona. Chairman HRH Meshach and I presented a 10-step Peace Mediation Program which was accepted on voices. On 08th January 1998 late King Francis sternly warned me not to get any funding from conventional PNG, Australia, NZ, UK, Commonwealth, WB, IMF, ADB, UN, or any other powerful nations or organizations on earth. He strongly warned me that if I get funding from any of these conventional funding sources he would reject my peace program outright and refuse to do anything with me. He told me “I will only accept your Peace-Program if you use your own money”. “It must not be borrowed money. It must neither be Aid Money nor Grant Funds but your own Money”. With this power I went back to Port Moresby, registered U-Vistract Finance Corporation Ltd and dedicated it to the Lord on May 26th 1998. Then on June 30th I graduated from my ‘studies in wilderness studies’ and eight days later on 08th July I publically commenced the U-Vistract Sytem.

5. DECLARATION ON 21ST APRIL 2000 IN PORT MORESBY, PNG

After almost two years in Australia I returned to Papua New Guinea on 22nd March 2000. The newspapers reported on the front page that “the Mystery Man is Back”. Three weeks later the government of PNG resolved to go ahead with its liquidation proceedings against U-Vistract Finance Corporation. I was not given a chance to appeal the case as I had only been in the country less than four weeks. I was really shocked to learn that the PNG government was not interested in protecting my rights as a citizen and the rights of my investors whom I was preparing to pay out according to their investments. On 19th of April the National Court resolved to execute its liquidation exercise. Two days later I called up a large public gathering to Sir John Guise Stadium, Port Moresby, and publically proclaimed the Kingdom of Papaala as an independent country within the independent states of PNG and Bougainville. The crowd of well over 10,000 investors sheered up confirming that since PNG government had done such an injustice to our organization we would now operate as an independent country to pay out our clients/investors.

The news did not go down too well with the conventional PNG national government leadership. They were going to charge me for treason. There was heated argument amongst the political leaders, many of whom were my own investors. The whole nation was shocked. Many also ridiculed and mocked the proclamation of such a Kingdom at such a time as this wherein everything is tightly controlled according to foreign democratic ideals.

6. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

You all know that Man’s Government runs according to Man’s timing and God’s Government runs according to God’s timing. Ever since Western Civilization took over our land we had been living under Man’s timing. Democracy is described as government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Theocracy is described as Government of God, by God and for God.

Kingdom of Papaala is theocratic meaning that it runs according to God’s own laws, word, principles and timings. We cannot hurry it regardless of how hard we may try, nor can we delay its progress for everything happens according to His perfect timing and His Master Plan.

Most of you have followed our progress on a daily basis since I commenced my establishment here at Tonu HQ in January 2005. Five years of establishment was not easy. We went through much opposition from the conventional governments of PNG and Bougainville. The media was totally against us, mocking us daily at will. The timing therefore, was not right for me to conduct payouts to my clients/investors. The only thing I could do was provide meals to my soldiers, police, bankers, ministers and other workers on the ground. Despite the fact that all my accounts/funds in all conventional banks were frozen I still managed to feed many hundreds, and at times thousands, of staff members, enough food for their daily nourishment, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for the full 5 years. Every single day we had just enough food for the day, no excess and not much waste. At the very last minute/second I was able to provide around 5 to 10 bales of rice per day, including cartons of tinned fish/meat, noodles, vegetables, etc, etc. God was able to provide for us from His riches 7/24/365 and sustain us until today. The media published that ‘we were going hungry and that many were leaving us due to the hunger’. We thank God that despite very difficult circumstances we did not stop along the way but continued on until God finally gave us relief as we see today.

7. FORTNIGTHLY PAYROLL

After five years of singlehandedly feeding hundreds and sometimes thousands of people on the ground I am so glad move to the next level of power and/or experience. You all know that following the Crowning Ceremony on 31st January a new turn of events had taken place. Our full/permanent payroll commenced officially on 03rd Topaz (March). You just received your second /third fortnightly wages. You are now waiting for your third/fourth payday later this month. Our first payroll only covered those of you in Tonu; those from central and north joined us in the second and third payrolls. The whole island is now on the U-Vistract Payroll. The next payroll will try to include our knighted chiefs, community government workers, and helpers, and everyone else helping in the establishment of God’s System /Government on earth. Our regional neighbours, PNG, SI, Fiji, Australia, NZ, and Asia, will likewise, be put on the payroll from the next payday onwards. Very soon the entire planet will be on the UVistract Payroll.

8. KINGDOM OF HEAVEN ON EARTH

For some time now I’ve been declaring the concept of “Heaven on Earth”. This is in accordance with the very Words of Jesus Christ who taught his disciples in Luke 11: how they should pray whenever they prayed. Jesus taught them to pray for the Kingdom of Heaven to come to them where everything is done according to the Will of God our Father. Everything that happens on earth shall be exactly as it is in heaven”. Our praise and worship shall be exactly as it is in heaven. Our order of activities on earth shall be exactly as it is in heaven. Our going in and going out shall be exactly as it is in heaven. Our movements shall be exactly as it is in heaven.

Our relationships on earth should be exactly as it is in heaven. Our fellowshipping on earth should be exactly as it is in heaven. Our way of thinking should be exactly as it is in heaven. Our mindsets here should be exactly as it is in heaven. Our lifestyle here should be exactly as it is in heaven. Yea, our life on earth must be exactly just as it is in heaven”. Let us all endeavour to live a life that is pleasing unto God our Father. Let us all endeavour to organize ourselves and live a life that is pure, holy, and acceptable unto Him. Secondly, let us all endeavour to live a life that is beneficial to our neighbours. Only such a life will bring real peace and harmony to our families, relatives, clans and communities. Real peace on Bougainville and the world is only possible if we all follow this example.

9. NEW WORLD SYSTEM /NEW GLOBAL SYSTEM/NEW HEAVEN-NEW EARTH SYSTEM

Before we transform the world we must first transform ourselves. Before we tell other people to change their lives we must first change ourselves. Before we teach others how to live we must live that life ourselves. We cannot show the world how to live if we are living a compromised lifestyle ourselves. We cannot teach them how to be born again when we ourselves are not born again. We cannot tell the world how to resolve their problems if we ourselves have many outstanding or unresolved problems within us. We cannot tell the world how to make peace if we ourselves are not living in peace. Only a peace-maker can teach others how to make peace. If we cannot forgive each other how do we expect the world out there to forgive each other?

The world out there is following us. They are beginning to focus their attention to everything we are doing here. They will be looking at how we live, how we talk, how we relate to other people in the community, how we resolve our problems, how we praise/worship God, our Creator/Source of life, how we run our social lives, our economic activities, our religious lifestyle, our families, our clans, communities, etc, etc. The whole world is now looking to Tonu, secondly to Bougainville, thirdly to the Melanesian region and fourthly to the Pacific Islands region.

What are we going to show them? Are we ready to show them anything good? In terms of our economic affairs, international monetary and banking system, etc, I’m now ready. I’m already paying out fortnightly wages to all my workers, employees, staff, helpers, soldiers, police, government ministers, bankers, cooks, administrators, church workers, etc, all over Bougainville from south to central to the north. Also, according to the program we should commence physical reconstruction of Tonu city and Bougainville from Jasper (July) onwards. Very soon all our helpers and all our investors and citizens will begin using/enjoying their multimillions currently stacked up in our banking system. Most of you have many millions of kina in your IBOM accounts and you’ve got your Yellow Cards, account numbers, bank statements, etc, showing your balances. In other words, I am probably running too far ahead of you. But you must catch up with me and live a holy life, sanctified unto God, full of love, joy and peace, which is, the fruit of the Spirit. If we let economic prosperity run too far ahead of our social lifestyle we will be ruined. Financial prosperity must be accompanied by good happy families, love, joy and peace in the community, where there is no drunkenness, no homebrew, no worldly rock & roll music, no divorces in the families, no adultery nor fornication in the family, no family breakups, no hatred in the family and communities, no tribal wars, no wicked 6 to 6 night clubs or dancing halls, no unnecessary family feuds, etc, etc. It’s a lifestyle of Heaven on Earth.

10. CONVENTIONAL VS UVISTRACT SYSTEM

Most of you have read a page of 24 major differences between the conventional and U-Vistract System. There are many more differences but only 24 were noted. There is a vast difference between the old heaven & earth and the New Heaven & New Earth. We all know the problems of the conventional system – it’s where families are daily breaking up, ending up in divorces, court cases, prisons, etc. There is no happiness, no satisfaction of life, no permanent joy in our lives, no love, joy or peace in our lives, etc. Everyday there is infighting going on, there is drunkenness; there is hardly any lasting sweetness of fellowship in the families; every night you cannot cope with your sons drinking beer/homebrew, shouting and disturbing your peace; you just cannot have a good night’s sleep for many days; everyday families are living in hell-like scenarios, they pick up weapons, knives, guns and kill each other; there is hatred and lamentation everywhere; there is court case everywhere; there is prostitution, there is murder, there is corruption, there is street-fighting everywhere; life in the conventional system is just not good, it’s like living in hell which is very opposite to what we are doing here. We want Heaven on Earth, not Hell on Earth!

11. UVISTRACT CALENDAR

Let me summarize my short speech by giving a brief explanation of the new U-Vistract calendar system. Many of you still do not seem to understand our calendar system although we are already in the midst of its third phase. The names for the 12 months were taken directly from the Book of Revelations Chapter 21. There are 12 foundational stones of the New Jerusalem City. The first month is Jasper, second is Sapphire, third is Agate, fourth is Emerald, fifth is Onyx, sixth is Carnellian, seventh is Quartz, eighth is Beryl, ninth is Topaz, tenth is Chalcedony, eleventh is Turquoise, and twelfth is Amethyst.

The first day (Lightday) falls on Wednesday of the conventional calendar. Second day (Skyday) falls on Thursday; third day (Plantsday) falls on Friday; fourth day (Solarday) falls on Saturday; fifth day (falls on Sunday; sixth day falls on Monday; seventh day (Restday) falls on Tuesday.

I noticed that when we first put into motion phase #3 of our calendar last year it caused considerable amount of friction in the religious affairs of both Saturday and Sunday followers due to their respective sectarian beliefs. Saturday followers said they cannot follow our calendar because it was contrary to their Sabbatical laws. Likewise, Sunday worshippers argued that they cannot follow our calendar because it was contrary to their Sunday laws. I remember some of our fiery Prophets from the United Church left us and returned to their old calendar arguing that we cannot change Sunday to another day.
It’s understandable how we all think according to what we were taught by our spiritual leaders. All conventional churches originated from the West and were merely put upon us by our Colonizers. It’s impossible to change our beliefs and doctrines overnight because our own faith depends on them. Moreover, there are Scriptures we quote to support our beliefs and interpretations.

Let me therefore, explain to you in some detail what the U-Vistract Economic Calendar is and what it aims to do for us.

The UV calendar starts in the month of Jasper (July). Here in Siwai district where the UV system originated/is headquartered, the word ‘year’ is called ‘Moi‘ in our local tongue. Eg. If you are 30 years of age you are said to have ’30 Moi ‘. This year is 2010 AD. In the Siwai /Motuna language we would say “this Moi is 2010 AD”. The word for Moi is derived from the Siwai word for “Galip Nut” tree which bears fruit every year in June/July depicting a new year. A year or Moi in Siwai/Bougainville therefore, begins in the month of July (Jasper) and ends in the month of Amethyst (June).

Let me say from the outset that the UV calendar is aimed at freeing or liberating our minds from the old world system. In the Julian/Gregorian/Western calendar systems all the days and months speak of some notable Roman or Greek gods. Sunday speaks of a sun god; Monday speak of a moon god; Tuesday speaks of a Roman god of war & law; Wednesday speaks of a Roman god of Mercury; Thursday speaks of a Roman god of thunder; Friday speaks of a Greek Aprodites Hemern in relation to a god of Venus and Saturday speaks of a Roman god of agriculture or Saturn.

Similarly, the months of the Western/Gregorian calendar all speak of Roman and/or Greek gods. January speaks of a Roman god of gates, doorways, beginnings and endings; February speaks of a god of death, related to fever; March speaks of a Roman god of war; April speaks of another Roman god; May speaks of a Roman goddess; June speaks of the Roman goddess, wife of Jupiter; July speaks of Emperor Julius Casesar, Roman dictator; August speaks of Emperor Augustus, first Roman emperor; September speaks of septem, Latin seventh month of Romulus; October speaks of octo, Latin for eighth month of Romulus; November speaks of novem, Latin ninth month of Romulus; and December speaks of decem, Latin tenth month of Romulus.

In other words, as can be seen from the above, every single day we call or mention those days and months by name from Sunday to Saturday and January to December we are in effect promoting and worshipping those Roman gods whether we know it or not. Every single day we have been bowing down to and promoting small foreign gods instead of promoting and worshipping the One and Only True God of our ancestors, the God of Creation, the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The UV calendar will free us from worshipping those foreign gods to now worship the One and Only True God Almighty. On the first day, Lightday, we will remember that God created light on the first day; On the second day, Skyday, we remember that God created the sky, firmament, and earth on that day; On the third day, Plantsday, we remember that God created the plants, herbs or trees; On the fourth day, Solarday, we remember that God created the sun, moon and stars; On the fifth day, Creaturesday, we remember that God created the birds of the air and fish of the sea; On the sixth day we remember that God created animals, mammals and finally human beings. In this way we will always forever, be conscious of the presence of the true God Almighty in our midst.

Likewise, whenever we are calling/ mentioning the names of our 12 months we will always be conscious of the 12 foundational stones of the New Jerusalem City of God in the New Heaven and New Earth System. In the month of Jasper we shall remember the first foundational stone of the city; in the second month, Sapphire, we shall remember the second foundational stone of the city, in the third month, Agate, we shall remember the third foundational stone of the city; in the fourth month, Emerald, we shall remember the fourth foundation stone of the city; in the fifth month, Onyx, we shall remember the fifth foundational stone of the city; in the sixth month, Carnellian, we shall remember the sixth foundational stone of the city; in the seventh month, Quartz, we shall remember the seventh foundational stone of the city; in the eighth month, Beryl, we shall remember the eighth foundational stone of the city; in the ninth month, Topaz, we shall remember the ninth foundational stone of the city; in the tenth month, Chalcedony, we shall remember the tenth foundational stone of the city; in the eleventh month, Turquoise, we shall remember the eleventh foundational stone of the city; and in the twelfth month, Amethyst, we shall remember the twelfth foundational stone of the city;

In this way we shall always remember and be conscious of the great things God Almighty has done for us. We will always, forever, bow down and worship the only true and Living God Who created the Heavens and the Earth. No longer shall we bow down to small Roman gods, etc, but only praise and worship our God, Creator and Source of Life.

Now, for those of you still unconvinced or still worshipping the old Roman gods, let me take you to another level of understanding. If you study the Jewish calendar, the Julian calendar and the Gregorian calendar, you will find out that the UV calendar restores everything back to the original. The Jewish calendar was overridden by the Gentile Julian calendar in the year 45 BC. When the Messiah came to earth Israel was already under the full control of the Roman Empire and was therefore, following the Julian calendar. When the Julian calendar was imposed over Israel the original first day, second day, third day, fourth day, fifth day, sixth day, and seventh day was overridden. A new first day, second day, third day, fourth day, fifth day, sixth day, and seventh day was put into motion. Israel began following the new Roman/Julian calendar. In reality the original calendar days was set back three days.

The present conventional calendar was put into motion by Papal Bull under Pope Gregory on 04th October, 1582. That’s why it’s normally referred to as “Gregorian Calendar”. Since then the nations of the world began adopting and using that calendar. Although the Gregorian calendar was more accurate in terms of its solar-precision compared to the Julian calendar it nevertheless promoted and formalized the same old Roman or Greek gods on a global scale.

Therefore, you will find out that our new UV calendar shifts 3 days ahead of the current Gregorian /Western calendar, thus restoring everything back to the very original Jewish calendar. In other words, our first day, Lightday, falls on a Wednesday in the conventional calendar which is exactly 3 days ahead of Sunday, the first day of the conventional calendar. Our weekend falls three days ahead of the conventional; our days fall three days ahead; the entire calendar shifts three days ahead of the conventional thus restoring everything back to the original in accordance with Exodus 8: 27/28 wherein God commanded His people to come out of Egypt 3 full days before they could offer their sacrifices and worship Him.

So, if your sectarian religion demands you to rest on a Saturday or Sunday you are in effect doing two things: (i) You are firstly worshipping the Roman god of agriculture /Saturn and their sun god, consciously or unconsciously, and (ii) You are living a life of confusion because personally you want to worship God but corporately you are promoting a calendar that dishonours Him. But if you follow the UV calendar you are free from all Roman gods, and will be working and resting on the actual original days that God Himself appointed in His Word. We know from Genesis that God rested on the 07th day and therefore, the seventh day is our Restday. The only difference between our Restday and the Restday of the conventional system is in the shiftings of the calendar. Also, our first day is the exact first day in the original Jewish calendar. Our second day is the exact second day in the original Jewish calendar. Our third day is the very third day, and so on. The UV calendar is a restoration calendar taking us back to the original whereas the Gregorian/Western calendar is foreign and confusing.

I therefore, challenge those of you who are still wondering between the two calendars to start making up your minds which one to follow. I do not want to make a decree on this but expect everyone in the UV system to come out of the old Babylonian /Roman /Gregorian calendar and enter the light of God’s Word. Come out of the old mindset and enter the blessings of the Lord. Come out of your old ways of thinking and enter the harvest field. Come out of the conventional mindset and enter the gates of thanksgiving. Come and enjoy the blessings that God Almighty has prepared for us. Break out now and be free from your old doctrines and philosophies.

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, I’d like to say let us enjoy the Papaala Day today. Today’s is the day of the Lord. It was on this day the Kingdom of Papaala was proclaimed worldwide from Port Moresby’s Sir John Guise Stadium. The Kingdom of Papaala is our local name in our Siwai/Motuna language for the Kingdom of God here on earth. May we all celebrate the great things God has in store for us both now and in the days to come!

GREETINGS/WELCOME TO TONU HQ

I welcome you all to the Region of Bougainville Islands, in particular Mt.Vistract City also known as New Jerusalem City or Tonu in our local dialect.

Those of you from Europe and distant lands may have been expecting to see a city of skyscrapers, bright neon lights, 4-lane freeways, highways, byways congested with cars and slow-moving vehicles, 5-star hotels like Sheraton and all such sophistications of so-called modern life.

If you are looking for a heavenly city on earth look no further! You will realize that soon!

If you are looking for a city with streets of pure gold I urge you to look no further! You will realize that sooner.

If you are searching for a green city where God’s people hear the sweet Voice of God day and night I urge you to look no further!

If you are dreaming about a city where there is no day nor night, nor sun nor moon, I urge you again to look no further! You will realize that soon in its perfect timing.

If you have been searching for that beautiful city prophesied in Revelations chapter 21 in the Bible I urge you again to look no further. You will realize that at its appointed timing.

If you are on the lookout for that prophesied city where there is no death, nor sickness, nor disease, nor criminal activity, nor street prostitution, nor street fighting, nor squatter nor slums, nor street-beggars, and so no, I urge you again to look no further! You will realize that very soon.

If you are looking for a city where everyone has more than enough, where there is no robbery, no drunkenness, no murder, no stealing, no air pollution, no land pollution, no water pollution, no hunger, no starvation, no famine, no wickedness but love, joy, gladness and happiness 24 hours a day I urge you again to look no further. You have come to the right place; sooner or later you will realize all that.

In a short while after the Crowning you are going to begin seeing some of the things mentioned above. In the not too distant future most of the above will come to pass and in God's perfect timing all the above shall surely fulfill. Those things that are only spiritually discerned will become physical reality. Those that are now only regarded as dreams will soon be realized in the physical; and those things which are now only a hope in the future will in no time become past tense. God will use all of us, you and I, to bring all the above dreams and visions become physical reality in His own perfect timing.

STANDARD OF LIFE

God has given the human race a certain standard of life, yet the whole world still does not know it. The standard for both personal and corporate life on earth is found in Luke 11: 1-4. It says “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done on earth just as it is in Heaven”. In other words, the standard can simply be called “Heaven on earth” or “Exactly as it is in Heaven”. All those nice things we hear about which only exist in Heaven must also become a physical reality here on Earth.

Jesus commanded his disciples to ask for “Heaven on earth” in all their daily prayers, in their personal and corporate lives – at all levels of society - family, community, towns, cities, districts, provinces, countries, regions, and so on, and in all walks of life – politics, government, economics, finance, banking, education, training, judiciary, trade & commerce or business, religion/denomination/church, media/information/communication, defense/security, etc, etc.

Every human being on earth desires a good life full of happiness, cheerfulness, joy, loving kindness, goodness, satisfaction and fulfillment. No one desires sickness/disease; no one desires hatred; no one desires pain, agony, sufferings, disaster, chaos, crisis and such other tribulations in their lives. Everyone desires nice things for themselves and their children and grandchildren.

So, what am I trying to say? I’m saying that every human being desires “heaven on earth” but how comes we have not been able to realize it in this world as yet? Did Jesus teach us to pray for something which he knew would be impossible to achieve? No, I don’t think so. Jesus said “if you pray for something believing that you will have it you shall definitely have it”. So, you see, it’s not difficult, far from impossible, to have “heaven on earth” according to our prayers and desires of our hearts.

Several city planners wanted me to copy Singapore as a role model for my city. Others wanted me to copy Kuwait arguing it was a better model. In fact late President Joe Kabui dreamed of making B’ville the “Kuwait of the Pacific”. Neither of them is in my mind. My standard is not S’pore nor Kuwait nor any other worldly city. My standard, as I said before is “Heaven on earth”. I desire nothing but the highest level of life for all my people, citizens, clients, investors, helpers and friends both here and abroad.

Many years ago I visited about 7 states of USA. On one side of a New York street I saw very poor people begging for the day’s food, and on the other side I saw very rich people or multi-millionaires/billionaires. I couldn’t believe seeing beggars and billionaires living on the same streets. The gap between rich and poor is very high. Excellent infrastructure does not bring heaven to earth; Railways and highways cannot bring heaven to earth. Skyscrapers, rockets, submarines, and all that modern technology cannot deliver unto us ‘heaven on earth’.

Therefore, if you don’t see any high rise buildings, skyscrapers, railways, rockets, submarines, sealed roads, etc, do not for one moment think that life here is under developed, less developed or less privileged. We will definitely have those things - excellent infrastructure, sealed road, high rise buildings, skyscrapers, railways, rockets, submarines, etc, but at the present moment our priority is not in things that are here today and gone tomorrow. Our number one priority is in bringing ‘heaven to earth’ at both personal and corporate levels. In other words we desire a city which will have a balanced lifestyle in all areas of life - spiritual, mental and physical - in social life, in relationships, in fellowshipping with one another.

The above is not based on some mere revelations, dreams or theories but on real life experiences we had before the crisis. More than 22 years ago Bougainville was the richest province in Papua New Guinea. Bougainville was contributing about one-half of PNG’s annual budgets; Bougainville had the biggest supermarkets in the region, the biggest copper & gold mine at that time, the best infrastructures comparable to what you have in Singapore or Australia, etc. We had everything you have in your countries - sealed roads, glossy buildings, computerized vehicles, highest per capita income in the region, and so on.

Yet, as time went on we soon realized that life was getting out of hand. Our capital city Arawa was being controlled / ruled by criminals, rascals, street prostitutes, drunkards, knife & axe-wielding street roamers, and all those kinds of people from other provinces, regions and countries. We soon realized that we had become strangers in our own land. Life was not as we desired or expected to be. Every single day we lived in fear of drunkards, criminals, robbers, street fighters, hooligans, etc, etc. We soon woke up to our senses and decided to get rid of everything including so-called international government and political controls, international monetary & banking control, international trade/commerce control, international legal/judicial controls, international education/training controls, international religious/doctrinal controls, international media / information / communication controls, international defence & security controls, etc, and just start all over again.

This was the meaning and beginning of Bougainville Crisis. We had to return all the way back to Papaala, our Origin and Source of life and begin walking again. (For those of you who do not know our language Papaala refers to God our Creator and Source of Life, the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Papaala also refers to our original/ancestral Garden of Eden here where God Papaala created and placed our original ancestors to live in fellowship and union with Him forever and ever).

In just matter of few months we destroyed every infrastructure that stood on the ground; we burned down all our towns/cities, our supermarkets, shops, high covenant homes, 5 star hotels, airports, wharves, computerized vehicles, and everything a so-called modern civilized society is built upon. Everything came down to dust and ashes. We had to start all over again! This time we want to rebuild our city and nation with God’s Word, Knowledge and Wisdom as our foundation. The standard we aim for is none other than the Standard of Heaven or Heaven on Earth. In this way we will no longer have a civil war again, we will avoid another crisis; we will no longer be strangers in our own land, rather we will enjoy life to the fullest, run our own international monetary and banking system, our own government; our political government is based on Theocracy rather than Democracy. As you know democracy is government for man, of man and by man whereas Theocracy is government for God, of God and by God.

Friends, the city we plan to build may not be as industrialized as yours; it might not have skyscrapers as yours, it might not have the things you expect to see but we thank God that today we don’t have any more street-beggars as we had before the crisis, we have no more street prostitutions, no more criminals, no more poverty, no more gap between rich and poor, no more drunkenness, no more social chaos, no more wickedness, and so on.

The buildings you are seeing now are made of bush materials, rough timber, sago thatched roof, bamboo walls, etc, etc. This is the first stage of our development and reconstruction. The second stage will be built of durable materials like concrete, cement, iron, steel, and so on. The third stage will be ‘streets of gold’. All in all physical development will go hand in hand balanced with spiritual, emotional, social, economic, financial, cultural, political, educational, business and security development, etc. We won’t take things for granted any more as we did before. We won’t just hop on somebody else’s bandwagon any more. We won’t just follow what the so-called developed/first world countries have taught us to follow. We won’t just follow somebody else’s standards and expectations of life. Rather we will go for the highest level or standard of life on earth which is “Heaven on Earth” where there is Life Abundance, Life in all its fullness.

Recently, a certain visitor of mine said to me “you can’t establish the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth because that’s contrary to Jesus’ own teachings who said ‘My Kingdom is not of this world’.

I replied “that’s why the world hates me”. The Kingdom of heaven on earth is a concept contrary to the corrupt world out there. It is a spiritual concept that must become ‘flesh’ in our lives and/or materialize in the physical realm. Every spiritual concept can be pulled down and/or translated into the physical world. Every invisible or unseen concept can be converted into this visible or material world. Just as God became flesh 2,000 years ago the spiritual Kingdom of Heaven must likewise become ‘flesh’ in this physical world.

The above visitor argued that I was not doing anything and wasting everybody’s time. I told him “I’m not rushing into anything but taking my time and preparing myself before I can commence on phase two of the city. Phase one is what you are seeing now and phase two is what you are about to see following my Crowning. Phase three will be streets of gold – balanced in all areas of life – spiritual, mental and physical.

WHY AM I SAYING ALL THESE THINGS?

Fellows, invited guests, ladies and gentleman, what we are all witnessing today is the beginning of greater things which can only be described as “eyes hath not seen, nor ears hath heard, the great things God has in store for us”.

We have been called to create a new thing. God has called us to transform the world. God has empowered us to create a new world of the living. The other system calls it “New World Order”, The Bible calls it New Heaven and New Earth. Both systems, conventional and UV may be using the same terminology from time to time. The other world system talks about a so-called New World Order whilst we also talk about a New World Order, the difference being that the other New World Order is ruled by Lucifer as its Lord of lords and King of kings whilst our New World Order is ruled by Jesus Christ or God Emmanuel as Lord of lords and King of kings.

That’s why everything I’d been saying all this time did not make sense to the other mindset. The words may sound similar and spelt the same, the phrases may sound familiar, the concepts may likewise be similar but one is real and the other is a counterfeit. One is truthful and the other is deceptive. One is original and the other is a mere copycat.


WHY CROWNING?

Crowning of Kings is a big event in any country of the world. I never thought that one day I will be crowned as King of my people, island, nation, region, and beyond. One day in 1998 after a long struggle on the streets of Port Moresby, PNG, as a street-beggar, I happened to stumble on something that changed the course of my life forever. Whilst roaming the streets searching for the day’s provisions I happened to find a “hidden treasure”. I did not really know what it was and could only identify it as “the solution to the human race”. I marveled at it and told all my friends on the streets about it. They came rushing to me for help. Sooner or later everyone on the streets heard about it and they all came and received help from me. The news soon spread to the higher ranks of the government, public service, churches, NGOs, police, soldiers, politicians and their Prime Ministers, Presidents, Governor Generals, Monarchs, etc.

As the street people began enjoying my assistance and buying clothes, food, cars, vehicles, houses, and other basic needs of life and began overtaking those from the higher echelon of life, everyone up the top level could not help but rush as well to benefit from the system. It was a solution they had been searching for many years. Soon the word spread to other countries in the region including Australia, Solomon Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, West Papua, and so on. They too heard about the solution and rushed to the scene for help. They forced me to get their monies. I did not know why they were forcing me to receive their monies. At times I refused to accept their monies but they threatened my officers and just threw their monies on them and left. I tried to restrict the system to my own ‘wantoks’ from Bougainville but it was impossible to stop people from investing. Something had broken through in the spirit realm such that nothing whatsoever could stop it from materializing in the physical realm. What I had already accomplished in the spirit realm had become flesh in the material world.

Soon after I realized that the hidden treasure I had just found was still in somebody else land. I needed to purchase that land in order to use that hidden treasure fully without restrictions as my own. Leaders of the conventional international governing, monetary and banking system were not happy. Although individuals did invest and supported me the system that they worked for was contrary to the system I was establishing. Many bank managers, politicians, prime ministers, presidents, etc, were sympathetic with me but still could not do much because my system did not comply with theirs. Likewise, their system did not comply with mine.

The struggles that followed were many and most of you do understand what I’m talking about. I had to sell off everything I had in order to buy off the whole land within which this hidden treasure lay. I was able to complete the purchase in ten years from 2000 until now. It’s a long story of how I went about buying that field and I don’t have the time to explain it all in this speech.

The process involved huge sacrifices, discipline, self control, sufferings, name-callings, mockery, ridicule, stiff opposition, media propaganda, arrest warrants, jail terms, house arrests, persona-non-grata declarations, extradition orders, frozen accounts, misunderstandings, threats, intimidations, gun attacks, raids, bloodshed, scars, death, and so on. I won’t go through all this because you all know it already. Suffice to say, from now/this year onwards (conventional calendar) the world is again going to see the greatest financial miracles which “eyes hath not seen, no ears hath heard, the great things that God has in store for us”.

All I was able to realize was the fulfillment of Scripture in Mathew 13: 44, 44-46 “The parable of the hidden treasure” wherewith Jesus described how the Kingdom of heaven shall be established on earth. Jesus said “the Kingdom of heaven is like unto a hidden treasure hid in a field he which when a man hath found, he hideth and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath and buyeth that field”. The Scripture as far as it relates to what we are doing has been fulfilled. The Kingdom of heaven has already been birthed.

The ANSWER/SOLUTION:

In summary let me just quickly recap saying that the answer to Bougainville Crisis is here. The answer to the present world economic crisis is here. The answer to the world is here. The world out there has been caught up in all kinds of wars, battles, crisis, problems, etc. Over the last 100 years the world saw two world wars and has been expecting a third world war ever since. Everyone including the UN, WB, IMF, FED, and all the so-called super powers had been searching for the answer/solution to no avail. Every day the media is full of reports how the UN, USA, WB, IMF, etc, is going about trying to find real global peace for all. They cannot find true peace. They can try everything under the sun in their power to find as solution to Iraq, Iran, Israel and Palestine, Afghanistan, North Korea, Vietnam, or whatever man-made wars or battles. However, sooner or later the world will realize that the answer to all these problems lies right here in our System. The answer is in the Kingdom of heaven, the Kingdom of God, the Government of God, the Church of God, the Economy of God, yea the System of God, not in man’s government or system.

With these few words I now conclude by saying thank you for attending and witnessing my Crowning today. This is the year of celebrations. You will from now on begin to see the great things promised unto us. It’s going to happen not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God firstly here in Bougainville, then in the region and then further internationally.
