GREETINGS/WELCOME TO TONU HQ
I welcome you all to the Region of Bougainville Islands, in particular Mt.Vistract City also known as New Jerusalem City or Tonu in our local dialect.
Those of you from Europe and distant lands may have been expecting to see a city of skyscrapers, bright neon lights, 4-lane freeways, highways, byways congested with cars and slow-moving vehicles, 5-star hotels like Sheraton and all such sophistications of so-called modern life.
If you are looking for a heavenly city on earth look no further! You will realize that soon!
If you are looking for a city with streets of pure gold I urge you to look no further! You will realize that sooner.
If you are searching for a green city where God’s people hear the sweet Voice of God day and night I urge you to look no further!
If you are dreaming about a city where there is no day nor night, nor sun nor moon, I urge you again to look no further! You will realize that soon in its perfect timing.
If you have been searching for that beautiful city prophesied in Revelations chapter 21 in the Bible I urge you again to look no further. You will realize that at its appointed timing.
If you are on the lookout for that prophesied city where there is no death, nor sickness, nor disease, nor criminal activity, nor street prostitution, nor street fighting, nor squatter nor slums, nor street-beggars, and so no, I urge you again to look no further! You will realize that very soon.
If you are looking for a city where everyone has more than enough, where there is no robbery, no drunkenness, no murder, no stealing, no air pollution, no land pollution, no water pollution, no hunger, no starvation, no famine, no wickedness but love, joy, gladness and happiness 24 hours a day I urge you again to look no further. You have come to the right place; sooner or later you will realize all that.
In a short while after the Crowning you are going to begin seeing some of the things mentioned above. In the not too distant future most of the above will come to pass and in God's perfect timing all the above shall surely fulfill. Those things that are only spiritually discerned will become physical reality. Those that are now only regarded as dreams will soon be realized in the physical; and those things which are now only a hope in the future will in no time become past tense. God will use all of us, you and I, to bring all the above dreams and visions become physical reality in His own perfect timing.
STANDARD OF LIFE
God has given the human race a certain standard of life, yet the whole world still does not know it. The standard for both personal and corporate life on earth is found in Luke 11: 1-4. It says “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done on earth just as it is in Heaven”. In other words, the standard can simply be called “Heaven on earth” or “Exactly as it is in Heaven”. All those nice things we hear about which only exist in Heaven must also become a physical reality here on Earth.
Jesus commanded his disciples to ask for “Heaven on earth” in all their daily prayers, in their personal and corporate lives – at all levels of society - family, community, towns, cities, districts, provinces, countries, regions, and so on, and in all walks of life – politics, government, economics, finance, banking, education, training, judiciary, trade & commerce or business, religion/denomination/church, media/information/communication, defense/security, etc, etc.
Every human being on earth desires a good life full of happiness, cheerfulness, joy, loving kindness, goodness, satisfaction and fulfillment. No one desires sickness/disease; no one desires hatred; no one desires pain, agony, sufferings, disaster, chaos, crisis and such other tribulations in their lives. Everyone desires nice things for themselves and their children and grandchildren.
So, what am I trying to say? I’m saying that every human being desires “heaven on earth” but how comes we have not been able to realize it in this world as yet? Did Jesus teach us to pray for something which he knew would be impossible to achieve? No, I don’t think so. Jesus said “if you pray for something believing that you will have it you shall definitely have it”. So, you see, it’s not difficult, far from impossible, to have “heaven on earth” according to our prayers and desires of our hearts.
Several city planners wanted me to copy Singapore as a role model for my city. Others wanted me to copy Kuwait arguing it was a better model. In fact late President Joe Kabui dreamed of making B’ville the “Kuwait of the Pacific”. Neither of them is in my mind. My standard is not S’pore nor Kuwait nor any other worldly city. My standard, as I said before is “Heaven on earth”. I desire nothing but the highest level of life for all my people, citizens, clients, investors, helpers and friends both here and abroad.
Many years ago I visited about 7 states of USA. On one side of a New York street I saw very poor people begging for the day’s food, and on the other side I saw very rich people or multi-millionaires/billionaires. I couldn’t believe seeing beggars and billionaires living on the same streets. The gap between rich and poor is very high. Excellent infrastructure does not bring heaven to earth; Railways and highways cannot bring heaven to earth. Skyscrapers, rockets, submarines, and all that modern technology cannot deliver unto us ‘heaven on earth’.
Therefore, if you don’t see any high rise buildings, skyscrapers, railways, rockets, submarines, sealed roads, etc, do not for one moment think that life here is under developed, less developed or less privileged. We will definitely have those things - excellent infrastructure, sealed road, high rise buildings, skyscrapers, railways, rockets, submarines, etc, but at the present moment our priority is not in things that are here today and gone tomorrow. Our number one priority is in bringing ‘heaven to earth’ at both personal and corporate levels. In other words we desire a city which will have a balanced lifestyle in all areas of life - spiritual, mental and physical - in social life, in relationships, in fellowshipping with one another.
The above is not based on some mere revelations, dreams or theories but on real life experiences we had before the crisis. More than 22 years ago Bougainville was the richest province in Papua New Guinea. Bougainville was contributing about one-half of PNG’s annual budgets; Bougainville had the biggest supermarkets in the region, the biggest copper & gold mine at that time, the best infrastructures comparable to what you have in Singapore or Australia, etc. We had everything you have in your countries - sealed roads, glossy buildings, computerized vehicles, highest per capita income in the region, and so on.
Yet, as time went on we soon realized that life was getting out of hand. Our capital city Arawa was being controlled / ruled by criminals, rascals, street prostitutes, drunkards, knife & axe-wielding street roamers, and all those kinds of people from other provinces, regions and countries. We soon realized that we had become strangers in our own land. Life was not as we desired or expected to be. Every single day we lived in fear of drunkards, criminals, robbers, street fighters, hooligans, etc, etc. We soon woke up to our senses and decided to get rid of everything including so-called international government and political controls, international monetary & banking control, international trade/commerce control, international legal/judicial controls, international education/training controls, international religious/doctrinal controls, international media / information / communication controls, international defence & security controls, etc, and just start all over again.
This was the meaning and beginning of Bougainville Crisis. We had to return all the way back to Papaala, our Origin and Source of life and begin walking again. (For those of you who do not know our language Papaala refers to God our Creator and Source of Life, the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Papaala also refers to our original/ancestral Garden of Eden here where God Papaala created and placed our original ancestors to live in fellowship and union with Him forever and ever).
In just matter of few months we destroyed every infrastructure that stood on the ground; we burned down all our towns/cities, our supermarkets, shops, high covenant homes, 5 star hotels, airports, wharves, computerized vehicles, and everything a so-called modern civilized society is built upon. Everything came down to dust and ashes. We had to start all over again! This time we want to rebuild our city and nation with God’s Word, Knowledge and Wisdom as our foundation. The standard we aim for is none other than the Standard of Heaven or Heaven on Earth. In this way we will no longer have a civil war again, we will avoid another crisis; we will no longer be strangers in our own land, rather we will enjoy life to the fullest, run our own international monetary and banking system, our own government; our political government is based on Theocracy rather than Democracy. As you know democracy is government for man, of man and by man whereas Theocracy is government for God, of God and by God.
Friends, the city we plan to build may not be as industrialized as yours; it might not have skyscrapers as yours, it might not have the things you expect to see but we thank God that today we don’t have any more street-beggars as we had before the crisis, we have no more street prostitutions, no more criminals, no more poverty, no more gap between rich and poor, no more drunkenness, no more social chaos, no more wickedness, and so on.
The buildings you are seeing now are made of bush materials, rough timber, sago thatched roof, bamboo walls, etc, etc. This is the first stage of our development and reconstruction. The second stage will be built of durable materials like concrete, cement, iron, steel, and so on. The third stage will be ‘streets of gold’. All in all physical development will go hand in hand balanced with spiritual, emotional, social, economic, financial, cultural, political, educational, business and security development, etc. We won’t take things for granted any more as we did before. We won’t just hop on somebody else’s bandwagon any more. We won’t just follow what the so-called developed/first world countries have taught us to follow. We won’t just follow somebody else’s standards and expectations of life. Rather we will go for the highest level or standard of life on earth which is “Heaven on Earth” where there is Life Abundance, Life in all its fullness.
Recently, a certain visitor of mine said to me “you can’t establish the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth because that’s contrary to Jesus’ own teachings who said ‘My Kingdom is not of this world’.
I replied “that’s why the world hates me”. The Kingdom of heaven on earth is a concept contrary to the corrupt world out there. It is a spiritual concept that must become ‘flesh’ in our lives and/or materialize in the physical realm. Every spiritual concept can be pulled down and/or translated into the physical world. Every invisible or unseen concept can be converted into this visible or material world. Just as God became flesh 2,000 years ago the spiritual Kingdom of Heaven must likewise become ‘flesh’ in this physical world.
The above visitor argued that I was not doing anything and wasting everybody’s time. I told him “I’m not rushing into anything but taking my time and preparing myself before I can commence on phase two of the city. Phase one is what you are seeing now and phase two is what you are about to see following my Crowning. Phase three will be streets of gold – balanced in all areas of life – spiritual, mental and physical.
WHY AM I SAYING ALL THESE THINGS?
Fellows, invited guests, ladies and gentleman, what we are all witnessing today is the beginning of greater things which can only be described as “eyes hath not seen, nor ears hath heard, the great things God has in store for us”.
We have been called to create a new thing. God has called us to transform the world. God has empowered us to create a new world of the living. The other system calls it “New World Order”, The Bible calls it New Heaven and New Earth. Both systems, conventional and UV may be using the same terminology from time to time. The other world system talks about a so-called New World Order whilst we also talk about a New World Order, the difference being that the other New World Order is ruled by Lucifer as its Lord of lords and King of kings whilst our New World Order is ruled by Jesus Christ or God Emmanuel as Lord of lords and King of kings.
That’s why everything I’d been saying all this time did not make sense to the other mindset. The words may sound similar and spelt the same, the phrases may sound familiar, the concepts may likewise be similar but one is real and the other is a counterfeit. One is truthful and the other is deceptive. One is original and the other is a mere copycat.
WHY CROWNING?
Crowning of Kings is a big event in any country of the world. I never thought that one day I will be crowned as King of my people, island, nation, region, and beyond. One day in 1998 after a long struggle on the streets of Port Moresby, PNG, as a street-beggar, I happened to stumble on something that changed the course of my life forever. Whilst roaming the streets searching for the day’s provisions I happened to find a “hidden treasure”. I did not really know what it was and could only identify it as “the solution to the human race”. I marveled at it and told all my friends on the streets about it. They came rushing to me for help. Sooner or later everyone on the streets heard about it and they all came and received help from me. The news soon spread to the higher ranks of the government, public service, churches, NGOs, police, soldiers, politicians and their Prime Ministers, Presidents, Governor Generals, Monarchs, etc.
As the street people began enjoying my assistance and buying clothes, food, cars, vehicles, houses, and other basic needs of life and began overtaking those from the higher echelon of life, everyone up the top level could not help but rush as well to benefit from the system. It was a solution they had been searching for many years. Soon the word spread to other countries in the region including Australia, Solomon Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, West Papua, and so on. They too heard about the solution and rushed to the scene for help. They forced me to get their monies. I did not know why they were forcing me to receive their monies. At times I refused to accept their monies but they threatened my officers and just threw their monies on them and left. I tried to restrict the system to my own ‘wantoks’ from Bougainville but it was impossible to stop people from investing. Something had broken through in the spirit realm such that nothing whatsoever could stop it from materializing in the physical realm. What I had already accomplished in the spirit realm had become flesh in the material world.
Soon after I realized that the hidden treasure I had just found was still in somebody else land. I needed to purchase that land in order to use that hidden treasure fully without restrictions as my own. Leaders of the conventional international governing, monetary and banking system were not happy. Although individuals did invest and supported me the system that they worked for was contrary to the system I was establishing. Many bank managers, politicians, prime ministers, presidents, etc, were sympathetic with me but still could not do much because my system did not comply with theirs. Likewise, their system did not comply with mine.
The struggles that followed were many and most of you do understand what I’m talking about. I had to sell off everything I had in order to buy off the whole land within which this hidden treasure lay. I was able to complete the purchase in ten years from 2000 until now. It’s a long story of how I went about buying that field and I don’t have the time to explain it all in this speech.
The process involved huge sacrifices, discipline, self control, sufferings, name-callings, mockery, ridicule, stiff opposition, media propaganda, arrest warrants, jail terms, house arrests, persona-non-grata declarations, extradition orders, frozen accounts, misunderstandings, threats, intimidations, gun attacks, raids, bloodshed, scars, death, and so on. I won’t go through all this because you all know it already. Suffice to say, from now/this year onwards (conventional calendar) the world is again going to see the greatest financial miracles which “eyes hath not seen, no ears hath heard, the great things that God has in store for us”.
All I was able to realize was the fulfillment of Scripture in Mathew 13: 44, 44-46 “The parable of the hidden treasure” wherewith Jesus described how the Kingdom of heaven shall be established on earth. Jesus said “the Kingdom of heaven is like unto a hidden treasure hid in a field he which when a man hath found, he hideth and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath and buyeth that field”. The Scripture as far as it relates to what we are doing has been fulfilled. The Kingdom of heaven has already been birthed.
The ANSWER/SOLUTION:
In summary let me just quickly recap saying that the answer to Bougainville Crisis is here. The answer to the present world economic crisis is here. The answer to the world is here. The world out there has been caught up in all kinds of wars, battles, crisis, problems, etc. Over the last 100 years the world saw two world wars and has been expecting a third world war ever since. Everyone including the UN, WB, IMF, FED, and all the so-called super powers had been searching for the answer/solution to no avail. Every day the media is full of reports how the UN, USA, WB, IMF, etc, is going about trying to find real global peace for all. They cannot find true peace. They can try everything under the sun in their power to find as solution to Iraq, Iran, Israel and Palestine, Afghanistan, North Korea, Vietnam, or whatever man-made wars or battles. However, sooner or later the world will realize that the answer to all these problems lies right here in our System. The answer is in the Kingdom of heaven, the Kingdom of God, the Government of God, the Church of God, the Economy of God, yea the System of God, not in man’s government or system.
With these few words I now conclude by saying thank you for attending and witnessing my Crowning today. This is the year of celebrations. You will from now on begin to see the great things promised unto us. It’s going to happen not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God firstly here in Bougainville, then in the region and then further internationally.

Introduction/Welcome:
I welcome you all to the capital city of the Kingdom of Papaala, the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. For those of you who do not know our language Papaala is the generic Name of God in our language. Our ancestors used it for the Name of God our Creator, Origin and Source of Life. He is the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob of the Bible. He is the same God of Creation, Who is Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Eternal, Everlasting and Infinite.
Here in our beautiful island God Papaala appeared to our ancestors under fourteen (14) distinct Names just as He appeared under fourteen (14) distinct names in Israel. Although two different cultures and languages, the Names perfectly corresponded to each other. For instance, Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider/Sustainer perfectly corresponds to Papaala Tantanu the Lord our Provider/Sustainer. Jehovah Rophe the Lord our Healer in Israel corresponds perfectly to Papaala Miikaii, the Lord our Doctor/Healer, and so on. A more detailed list will be made available in our library/archives for future reference. In other words, we worship the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob but in two different tongues.
World-in-crisis:
Friends, we all know that the world around us today is caught up in a major tribulation. Right now as I speak there are countless number of wars and battles going on; there are civil wars, military aggressions, economic crisis, political crisis, religious crisis, judicial crisis, academic crisis, information crisis, business crisis, financial chaos, social chaos, banking chaos, etc, etc. Every country of the so-called civilized world is caught up in some kind of a disaster at all levels of society - internal or external, personal or corporate, artificial or natural. There is absolutely no peace and harmony in the families, communities, towns and cities of the living but chaos, corruption, deception, killings, mass murders, genocide, bloodshed, military coups, rebellion, famine, tsunamis, cyclones, hurricanes, earthquakes, firestorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, road accidents, assassinations, military coups, etc, etc, you name it. And this list is just a tip of the iceberg of the present global chaos.
The Bible tells us that God created a perfect world for mankind to live in happily forever and ever. God created and placed Adam in a paradise called Garden of Eden. There was a universal worship structure wherein man gave praise and honour to his Creator continually in the cool of the day. There was great delight, happiness, joy, jubilation, abundant life, life in all its fullness, and so on. The Glory of God ruled and reigned over the land and there was no death, no sickness or disease, no old age, no disaster whether man-made or natural, no economic crisis, no tribulation, no political crisis, no financial crisis, no landslides, no genocide, no earthquakes, no firestorms, etc, etc. This was the original Kingdom of heaven on earth.
A universal Covenant existed between God and Man and was sealed by the great Seal of Mutual Trust. God trusted Adam to perform his part of the Covenant; Likewise Adam too trusted God to perform His part. The terms and conditions were plain and simple. There was no cumbersome paperwork, documents, technical jargon, etc.
However, as we all know one day Adam decided to drift away from the Covenant. His wife, who had been chatting with the Serpent for some time, influenced him to make that break. In obeying the Serpent they soon realized a sense of lack and scarcity creeping into their lives. The Covenant had been severed and the Glory of God had lifted from their midst. Guilt set in and the blessings of God no longer covered their nakedness as before. Death came into their equation and disaster became the norm of their lives. Their first son Cain murdered his younger brother Abel. Other man-made and natural disasters followed, as we can see today all over the globe.
Answer/Solution:
Brethren and friends, the answer to the world-in-crisis is in the Kingdom of God. The solution to the world-in-suffering is in the Kingdom of God. The solution for all the problems faced by the world is only found in the Kingdom of God. The solution for the suffering human race is in the Kingdom of God. Only the Kingdom of God will solve our problems on the planet. Democracy will not solve our problems, Capitalism has no solution, Communism has no answer, feudalism or whatever else mankind may devise on earth will not solve our problems.
Likewise, religion will not solve our problems whether it’s Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Islam, Atheism, Agnosticism or conventional Christianity, etc. Over the past 2,000 years Christianity has digressed from the main message of the Founder and Messiah Jesus Christ. Jesus came to re-establish the Kingdom of God here on earth that was lost when Adam broke the Covenant. If you study the gospels you’ll see that the main thrust of Jesus’ preaching revolved around the Kingdom. His very first message when he commenced his Ministry was “repent and let your sins be forgiven, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand”. His major theme wherever he went was to preach about the Kingdom for only the Kingdom can bring lasting healing to the dying soul at both personal and corporate levels. Even his very last message in Acts 1:6-8 just before he ascended into heaven was in reference to the Kingdom. In other words, only the Kingdom of heaven can bring lasting peace, harmony and joy to our lives.
Conventional Christianity:
The type of Christianity that came to our shores through our Colonizers brought all kinds of confusion, conflicts, feuds and divisions amongst our people. Originally our ancestors here were just one simple group of people who believed, trusted and worshipped God. However, our Colonizers brought three main rival church groups. Catholics were the first to land on our shores followed by Methodists and SDAs. Each of them was competing for numbers and dividing our people into rival sects our ancestors had not known before. Catholics said they were the only true church on the planet that will save the world. Methodists likewise said that they were better than Catholics whilst SDAs said they were better than both because they kept the Sabbath law, etc. Confusion reigned over our island for almost 100 years. It seemed that Christianity had forgotten the main thrust of Jesus’ preaching – which is the Kingdom of heaven here on earth.
It was only during the recent crisis that Bougainville people really begun realizing that they had been conned into siding with various foreign church doctrines between Catholics and Protestants and SDAs and later Pentecostals, etc. We realized that we were all children of God following after the footsteps of our Messiah Jesus Christ and should no longer be competing against each other. In Europe for instance, there is still fighting going on between Catholics and Protestants and they are killing each other with bombs and dynamites. These conflicts came upon us in the name of Colonization and we must refuse to partake of it.
Therefore, Bougainville islanders are now coming together, not under any foreign religious name tags but in total unity as a Kingdom Nation, establishing the Kingdom of heaven on earth, just as it is in heaven. The Kingdom is all encompassing. Everything including government, church, economics, etc, etc, is part and parcel of it.
Bougainville Crisis
In 1990 Bougainvilleans came together in unity and removed all foreign control structures and systems from the island. We then made our own unilateral declaration of independence on 17th May. God gave us the answer in the form of a crisis but many did not realize it. After the crisis Bougainville leaders searched the world for recognition but just could not find anyone nation willing to recognize our UDI. Every nation they approached was reluctant to recognize Bougainville as an independent country. Many countries were sympathetic with our cause but just could not make that final decision to officially recognize Bougainville. They hesitated because they were part and parcel of the existing /conventional international governing, financial and banking system under the UN, WB & IMF, etc.
For instance, Solomon Islands was very sympathetic and assisted Bougainvilleans in whatever they could. However, despite all that SI still could not recognize Bougainville officially because she feared PNG and Australia might work against her. Approaches made to countries like Taiwan also fell on deaf ears. Our leaders thought that Taiwan would be in a much better position to recognize Bougainville because our case was very similar to that between Taiwan and ML China. However, even then Taiwan was very reluctant to recognize Bougainville because she had major investments in PNG which she did not want to be endangered, etc.
So there you are, every country that our leaders approached just could not feel safe to recognize Bougainville as an independent nation because the conventional system from the UN, WB, IMF, down was not designed for such short cuts. Finally, our leaders presented Bougainville’s case before the UN only to receive another cold response. Every nation and international organization our leaders approached said the same thing – “Go back and negotiate with PNG for greater autonomy”. Finally, our leaders under late President Joe Kabui had no choice but to return to PNG and bash it out at the negotiation-table. This is how the present Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) was formed. They realized that there was no other way outside of PNG.
You are all aware of the above process. I’ve only decided to take you through it to remind ourselves of the reasons why our leaders resorted back to PNG. I want to clarify one thing here, that is, the main reason why Bougainville returned to PNG was to do with “International Finance & banking”. At that time Bougainville did not have an international financial and banking system of her own as we have today. Our leaders felt so small without money. International Finance & Banking was not in our control anyway. Somebody else overseas was in-charge of how funds are distributed from country to country for trade and commerce, etc.
International Finance/Banking
The present civilization revolves around international finance/banking. Everything that happens in a country must first bow down to international finance/banking before it’s accepted by the people. Whether its politics, religion, government, business, trade, judiciary, academy, communication, information, church, security or whatever, it must first bow down to the monster of international finance/banking before it can proceed to serving the people. He who controls international finance controls the world. He has the final say in everything happening under the sun.
This is why Bougainville leaders could not make that final breakthrough even after declaring independence twice before. After our first UDI in 1975 we were forced to return to foreign control under PNG because international finance/banking just could not accept our declaration and forced us right back as a lousy “provincial government”. Again in 1990 we made another UDI but just could not make it again to the promise land. International Finance/banking forced us right back to slavery as an “autonomous province”.
However, a small group of diehards under late King Francis held their peace and could not give in easily. They set up their own alternative finance /banking system at grassroots level whilst I was setting up same at international level. All odds from the conventional governments were against us but we did not give up. We linked up under the concept of Twin Kingdom and persisted in setting up our own international finance & banking system until we succeeded.
U-Vistract international finance & banking
U-Vistract is the only global alternative to this monster of international finance/banking. U-Vistract is the only way through which Bougainville will realize her time-honoured dreams and visions for sovereignty. U-Vistract is the only way forward for Bougainville to save face in light of the foregoing unfulfilled UDI declarations. U-Vistract is the new global operating software for our Kingdom nation and nations. U-Vistract is the answer to Bougainville crisis. U-Vistract is the solution to the global economic crisis. U-Vistract is the solution God has given to the suffering world. U-Vistract is the answer to the world-in-crisis. U-Vistract is the solution to the world-in-turmoil, the world-in-turbulence, world-in-chaos and world-in-dire straits.
No room in the inn.
When the Bougainville crisis was at its heights and people were dying daily like animals I fasted and cried for many days asking God what the solution was for my people. Every time I asked He told me “you are the answer”. I asked for the solution and He said “you are the solution”. I asked again how my people will find lasting peace and He replied “I’m going to send you to your people”. Every time I asked for a solution or answer He repeated the same words to me. Note that I was then a student in PNG.
As the days progressed I became pregnant with the system and wanted to give birth to it faster and help my people. I sought for a ‘room in the inn’ but could not find any. I went to Australia, set up an agency at Kempsey, another at Gold Coast and the third in Brisbane city. Clients came by the thousands and invested. Then as I prepared to give birth to the system I realized that “there was no room in the inn”. The Australian government placed me under house-arrest, interrogated me under oath and closed down my operations. They also threw me into jail, then pulled me out after a while and threw me back to PNG as a “persona-non-grata”. I tried to explain how my system will save the world but still “there was no room in the inn”.
I then tried to give birth to the system in Papua New Guinea; and setup at the old Bank of Hawaii building in Down Town Port Moresby under the name-tag “Royal Reserve Bank of Papaala”. I employed 20 bankers and 30 administrators and was paying them good wages to help me set up and give birth to the system quicker. The Central Bank of PNG was not happy though. On 19th August 2002 they raided my bank and confiscated all our computers, documents and monies with the help of PNG police and issued a preventive order. Again, “there was no room in the inn”.
They threw me out and I went to Solomon Islands still looking for a place to birth the new system. I signed formal documents with the Solomon Islands Government and established a banking office there. However, the Central Bank there was not happy because I was operating outside its jurisdiction or control. Finally, the government there brought in an Australian Intervention Force (now RAMSI) which sought to arrest and threw me back to PNG. Again “there was no room for me in the inn”.
Therefore, I just had to return to Bougainville seeking for a “room in the inn” in my own island. I set up at Guava/Panguna, established the Central Bank of Meekamui with the help of late Brother King Francis. We set out things nicely and did some limited payouts to our clients. However, after two years I again realized that “there was no room in the inn” because I could not have the full freedom to express myself freely. Due to the crisis some of my key bankers from PNG were not allowed to enter the NGZ and work with me pending formal reconciliations. Again, “there was no room in the inn”.
Finally, I had to return to my own home village, Tonu. Since I was pregnant for many years I wasted no time and went straight into hard labour. You all know the difficult process we’ve gone through in birthing the new system over the past 4 years. The site was formerly a cattle farm for cows & horses and I was glad to find a space right in the Manger or Staple here. Since I could not find a space in the major towns, cities and countries I saw this last opportunity to finally give birth to what I’ve been pregnant with for many years. God’s Kingdom and System has been born in the Manger just as God’s only Begotten Son was born in the Manger 2,000 years ago.
The Kingdom of the Messiah Jesus Christ is the answer to the world. The Kingdom is the solution to Bougainville’s ongoing struggle for independence recognition. The Kingdom is sovereign and therefore, is not subject to any foreign controlling structure be it PNG, Australia, UN, WB, IMF, or whatever. The Kingdom is only subject to and answerable to God our Origin and Source of life.
Therefore, Bougainville leaders must all come to the full realization that even though they previously thought the only way was through PNG God’s way of solving the Crisis was by establishing the headquarters of His Kingdom, Government, Church, Economy and System right here. This is the highest mountain in the universe where only those with the Kingdom mindset will be able reach. The Kingdom is theocratic, not democratic. This is the government of God, by God, for God and of God as opposed to democracy which is ‘government of the people, by the people, for the people and of the people”. There is a vast difference between the two streams.
Celebrations:
Some of you visitors might be wondering what these celebrations are for. Today is 09th of January 2010 (conventional calendar) or 09th Quartz 2010 (UV calendar). It was on this day in 1998 that I actually commenced the Bougainville Peace Program up at Guava/Panguna. HRH Chairman Meshach and I arrived at Guava on 08th January and in the middle of the night towards 09th God finally empowered me to commence the U-Vistract Finance and Banking System through His Servant late King Francis.
We presented a 10-step peace mediation program to Francis to which he replied: “Where are you going to get the money to run this program? If you are going to get funding from PNG government, or Australia, NZ government, Commonwealth, United Nations, World Bank, IMF, or another country I will not accept your program. If you really want to solve the crisis you must finance it with your own money. Any other way I’m not going to accept your peace program”.
With above empowerment I returned to Port Moresby and registered and dedicated the U-Vistract System to the Lord on 26th May 1998. I then graduated on 30th June with fish and chips and kick started operations on 08th July at the age of 33 ½ years. Since then life has not been the same and you all know it. We are celebrating the birth of the U-Vistract system. We are celebrating the birth of God’s Kingdom becoming flesh in our nation. We are celebrating the birth of God’s Kingdom Nation and Kingdom System. Here we have a Sovereign Kingdom Nation and Sovereign Kingdom System both working together in harmony as hardware and software, or as husband and wife.
We are celebrating this event not only to mark the birth of the new global system but also to begin enjoying the fruits of our labour. You all know how we struggled through thick and thin to establish the new system. You all know how we suffered when our enemies publically mocked and ridiculed us over the years. You all know how we copped it all. It’s now time to reap the harvest of our labours.
After this 22-days coronation program you will begin to see the Mighty Hand of God working through His appointed servant(s). You have been asking “when is the King going to deliver his promises?” You have been wondering “is this really true or not?” You have been questioning “is the King really going to deliver payouts to his citizens, clients, investors, helpers, etc?” You have been asking “Is the King really going to do what Tantanu did before at Papaala by providing our ancestors all types of food when they were eating raw food from the jungles?” The time has come and is here now for you to see the outreached Arm of God and His King in delivering His people.
Since first week of December last year we have been making small payouts to our clients around the world. Some of you have seen banking documents from Westpac, ANZ and BSP banks clearly outlining that IBOM Online Banking System is now operational and ready. The documents clearly read as “IBOM Online Application, IBOM Online Transfer, IBOM RIIFTRANS Transfer”. Our scoffers had since been hiding in shame. Our ridiculers who once said U-Vistract will never ever pay out are now beginning to wonder how it all happened. They are all nonplussed, confused, and bewildered because their small brains can longer be trusted. They are all looking stupid and worried now because we have proven them wrong in their own game. They cannot say anymore thing against us but to rush and join us as if they’d never said anything against us. It’s a shameful thing to be proven wrong but since they are our own friends we’ll still accept them as they come. We will not impose heavy penalties on them because they “knew not what they were doing unto us”.
It is with the above real hard facts and real testimonies of real people collecting real online funds through their conventional banks that we have decided to hold a Crowning Ceremony because we can now really make things happen as we want it done. The whole world is beginning to realize that something is really happening now. They are beginning to realize and rush forward to join the system. You are going to witness things you had not seen before. Our soldiers will be officially marching out in full gear. Their new uniforms are still on the way from Lotus Garments, Fiji, and should be arriving any day from now. They are contained in some 140 odd huge cartons and therefore taking time to arrive. As soon as they arrive our soldiers will be issued 3 pairs each for their regular duties as soldiers of the First Royal Papaala-Meekamui Regiment. Very soon our soldiers will pass out with full gear including Arms on the side.
Let us make this 22 days program a success. Everyday there will be a program running in the form of seminars, workshops, creative inventions, trade exhibitions, cultural dances, etc, presented by distinguished guests or representatives from around the world. They will be coming from different angles of life to make their presentations before the King and his people.
Today’s program was delayed from early morning till now because our officers in Buka had to make quick searches for camouflage uniforms for today’s program. Since our own uniforms manufactured in Fiji could not arrive in time for this opening address we just had to find whatever we could for the day. When our Fiji-made uniforms arrive things will become much more different and the atmosphere will be charged with achievement and success. Moreover, when our full Arms arrive the atmosphere will again be charged with more jubilation.
Conclusion:
Let me now close my short opening speech by loudly declaring that THE CORONATION CEREMONY AND 22-DAYS PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN. IT WILL CLOSE ON 31ST JANUARY WITH THE ACTUAL CROWNING CEREMONY OF THE KING.
The celebrations are not ordinary. We are celebrating the birth and victorious breakthrough of the Kingdom of heaven here on earth. U-Vistract was liquidated in PNG in 2000 AD under the laws of man. Two days after our forced liquidation I publically declared and put into motion the Kingdom of Papaala on 21st April 2000. Ten years later here at the old Cattle Farm, Manger or Staple, U-Vistract is making announcements to the world that it’s not dead but alive because the Founder and Owner of the System, Jesus Christ, is alive today and forevermore. If Jesus did not rise from the death 2000 years ago his Kingdom/System too would not arise from liquidation as we see today.
In the first week of December last year I delivered MM1 funds for UV clients, investors, helpers and IBOM customers. That’s why many people around the world began receiving online funds through their BSP, Westpac and ANZ bank accounts to the amazement of our scoffers.
Just imagine what is going to happen now after this celebration when I release MM2 funds for projects, governments and nations. The impact we are going to have on the world scene especially here in Bougainville is absolutely tremendous. Bougainville will fully run with her own global monetary/banking system. We will tell PNG not to finance Bougainville anymore because we are now mature and able to finance our own reconstruction program ourselves with our own monies. Moreover, we will start financing PNG government too and other nations in the region including Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, and even Australia and New Zealand. In due course IBOM shall be financing the entire global reconstruction, restoration and rehabilitation program. We will finance America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and all other nations of the world.
I will also be releasing MM3 and MM4 funds very soon. This is extra money that will be released as Bougainville and her global system rules and reigns with the Kingdom of the Messiah Jesus Christ.

I welcome you all to the capital city of the Kingdom of Papaala, the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. For those of you who do not know our language Papaala is the generic Name of God in our language. Our ancestors used it for the Name of God our Creator, Origin and Source of Life. He is the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob of the Bible. He is the same God of Creation, Who is Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Eternal, Everlasting and Infinite.
Here in our beautiful island God Papaala appeared to our ancestors under fourteen (14) distinct Names just as He appeared under fourteen (14) distinct names in Israel. Although two different cultures and languages, the Names perfectly corresponded to each other. For instance, Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider/Sustainer perfectly corresponds to Papaala Tantanu the Lord our Provider/Sustainer. Jehovah Rophe the Lord our Healer in Israel corresponds perfectly to Papaala Miikaii, the Lord our Doctor/Healer, and so on. A more detailed list will be made available in our library/archives for future reference. In other words, we worship the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob but in two different tongues.
World-in-crisis:
Friends, we all know that the world around us today is caught up in a major tribulation. Right now as I speak there are countless number of wars and battles going on; there are civil wars, military aggressions, economic crisis, political crisis, religious crisis, judicial crisis, academic crisis, information crisis, business crisis, financial chaos, social chaos, banking chaos, etc, etc. Every country of the so-called civilized world is caught up in some kind of a disaster at all levels of society - internal or external, personal or corporate, artificial or natural. There is absolutely no peace and harmony in the families, communities, towns and cities of the living but chaos, corruption, deception, killings, mass murders, genocide, bloodshed, military coups, rebellion, famine, tsunamis, cyclones, hurricanes, earthquakes, firestorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, road accidents, assassinations, military coups, etc, etc, you name it. And this list is just a tip of the iceberg of the present global chaos.
The Bible tells us that God created a perfect world for mankind to live in happily forever and ever. God created and placed Adam in a paradise called Garden of Eden. There was a universal worship structure wherein man gave praise and honour to his Creator continually in the cool of the day. There was great delight, happiness, joy, jubilation, abundant life, life in all its fullness, and so on. The Glory of God ruled and reigned over the land and there was no death, no sickness or disease, no old age, no disaster whether man-made or natural, no economic crisis, no tribulation, no political crisis, no financial crisis, no landslides, no genocide, no earthquakes, no firestorms, etc, etc. This was the original Kingdom of heaven on earth.
A universal Covenant existed between God and Man and was sealed by the great Seal of Mutual Trust. God trusted Adam to perform his part of the Covenant; Likewise Adam too trusted God to perform His part. The terms and conditions were plain and simple. There was no cumbersome paperwork, documents, technical jargon, etc.
However, as we all know one day Adam decided to drift away from the Covenant. His wife, who had been chatting with the Serpent for some time, influenced him to make that break. In obeying the Serpent they soon realized a sense of lack and scarcity creeping into their lives. The Covenant had been severed and the Glory of God had lifted from their midst. Guilt set in and the blessings of God no longer covered their nakedness as before. Death came into their equation and disaster became the norm of their lives. Their first son Cain murdered his younger brother Abel. Other man-made and natural disasters followed, as we can see today all over the globe.
Answer/Solution:
Brethren and friends, the answer to the world-in-crisis is in the Kingdom of God. The solution to the world-in-suffering is in the Kingdom of God. The solution for all the problems faced by the world is only found in the Kingdom of God. The solution for the suffering human race is in the Kingdom of God. Only the Kingdom of God will solve our problems on the planet. Democracy will not solve our problems, Capitalism has no solution, Communism has no answer, feudalism or whatever else mankind may devise on earth will not solve our problems.
Likewise, religion will not solve our problems whether it’s Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Islam, Atheism, Agnosticism or conventional Christianity, etc. Over the past 2,000 years Christianity has digressed from the main message of the Founder and Messiah Jesus Christ. Jesus came to re-establish the Kingdom of God here on earth that was lost when Adam broke the Covenant. If you study the gospels you’ll see that the main thrust of Jesus’ preaching revolved around the Kingdom. His very first message when he commenced his Ministry was “repent and let your sins be forgiven, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand”. His major theme wherever he went was to preach about the Kingdom for only the Kingdom can bring lasting healing to the dying soul at both personal and corporate levels. Even his very last message in Acts 1:6-8 just before he ascended into heaven was in reference to the Kingdom. In other words, only the Kingdom of heaven can bring lasting peace, harmony and joy to our lives.
Conventional Christianity:
The type of Christianity that came to our shores through our Colonizers brought all kinds of confusion, conflicts, feuds and divisions amongst our people. Originally our ancestors here were just one simple group of people who believed, trusted and worshipped God. However, our Colonizers brought three main rival church groups. Catholics were the first to land on our shores followed by Methodists and SDAs. Each of them was competing for numbers and dividing our people into rival sects our ancestors had not known before. Catholics said they were the only true church on the planet that will save the world. Methodists likewise said that they were better than Catholics whilst SDAs said they were better than both because they kept the Sabbath law, etc. Confusion reigned over our island for almost 100 years. It seemed that Christianity had forgotten the main thrust of Jesus’ preaching – which is the Kingdom of heaven here on earth.
It was only during the recent crisis that Bougainville people really begun realizing that they had been conned into siding with various foreign church doctrines between Catholics and Protestants and SDAs and later Pentecostals, etc. We realized that we were all children of God following after the footsteps of our Messiah Jesus Christ and should no longer be competing against each other. In Europe for instance, there is still fighting going on between Catholics and Protestants and they are killing each other with bombs and dynamites. These conflicts came upon us in the name of Colonization and we must refuse to partake of it.
Therefore, Bougainville islanders are now coming together, not under any foreign religious name tags but in total unity as a Kingdom Nation, establishing the Kingdom of heaven on earth, just as it is in heaven. The Kingdom is all encompassing. Everything including government, church, economics, etc, etc, is part and parcel of it.
Bougainville Crisis
In 1990 Bougainvilleans came together in unity and removed all foreign control structures and systems from the island. We then made our own unilateral declaration of independence on 17th May. God gave us the answer in the form of a crisis but many did not realize it. After the crisis Bougainville leaders searched the world for recognition but just could not find anyone nation willing to recognize our UDI. Every nation they approached was reluctant to recognize Bougainville as an independent country. Many countries were sympathetic with our cause but just could not make that final decision to officially recognize Bougainville. They hesitated because they were part and parcel of the existing /conventional international governing, financial and banking system under the UN, WB & IMF, etc.
For instance, Solomon Islands was very sympathetic and assisted Bougainvilleans in whatever they could. However, despite all that SI still could not recognize Bougainville officially because she feared PNG and Australia might work against her. Approaches made to countries like Taiwan also fell on deaf ears. Our leaders thought that Taiwan would be in a much better position to recognize Bougainville because our case was very similar to that between Taiwan and ML China. However, even then Taiwan was very reluctant to recognize Bougainville because she had major investments in PNG which she did not want to be endangered, etc.
So there you are, every country that our leaders approached just could not feel safe to recognize Bougainville as an independent nation because the conventional system from the UN, WB, IMF, down was not designed for such short cuts. Finally, our leaders presented Bougainville’s case before the UN only to receive another cold response. Every nation and international organization our leaders approached said the same thing – “Go back and negotiate with PNG for greater autonomy”. Finally, our leaders under late President Joe Kabui had no choice but to return to PNG and bash it out at the negotiation-table. This is how the present Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) was formed. They realized that there was no other way outside of PNG.
You are all aware of the above process. I’ve only decided to take you through it to remind ourselves of the reasons why our leaders resorted back to PNG. I want to clarify one thing here, that is, the main reason why Bougainville returned to PNG was to do with “International Finance & banking”. At that time Bougainville did not have an international financial and banking system of her own as we have today. Our leaders felt so small without money. International Finance & Banking was not in our control anyway. Somebody else overseas was in-charge of how funds are distributed from country to country for trade and commerce, etc.

This is the highest mountain in the universe where only those with the Kingdom mindset will be able reach. The Kingdom is theocratic, not democratic. This is the government of God, by God, for God and of God as opposed to democracy which is ‘government of the people, by the people, for the people and of the people”. There is a vast difference between the two streams.
Celebrations:
Some of you visitors might be wondering what these celebrations are for. Today is 09th of January 2010 (conventional calendar) or 09th Quartz 2010 (UV calendar). It was on this day in 1998 that I actually commenced the Bougainville Peace Program up at Guava/Panguna. HRH Chairman Meshach and I arrived at Guava on 08th January and in the middle of the night towards 09th God finally empowered me to commence the U-Vistract Finance and Banking System through His Servant late King Francis.
We presented a 10-step peace mediation program to Francis to which he replied: “Where are you going to get the money to run this program? If you are going to get funding from PNG government, or Australia, NZ government, Commonwealth, United Nations, World Bank, IMF, or another country I will not accept your program. If you really want to solve the crisis you must finance it with your own money. Any other way I’m not going to accept your peace program”.
With above empowerment I returned to Port Moresby and registered and dedicated the U-Vistract System to the Lord on 26th May 1998. I then graduated on 30th June with fish and chips and kick started operations on 08th July at the age of 33 ½ years. Since then life has not been the same and you all know it. We are celebrating the birth of the U-Vistract system. We are celebrating the birth of God’s Kingdom becoming flesh in our nation. We are celebrating the birth of God’s Kingdom Nation and Kingdom System. Here we have a Sovereign Kingdom Nation and Sovereign Kingdom System both working together in harmony as hardware and software, or as husband and wife.
We are celebrating this event not only to mark the birth of the new global system but also to begin enjoying the fruits of our labour. You all know how we struggled through thick and thin to establish the new system. You all know how we suffered when our enemies publically mocked and ridiculed us over the years. You all know how we copped it all. It’s now time to reap the harvest of our labours.
After this 22-days coronation program you will begin to see the Mighty Hand of God working through His appointed servant(s). You have been asking “when is the King going to deliver his promises?” You have been wondering “is this really true or not?” You have been questioning “is the King really going to deliver payouts to his citizens, clients, investors, helpers, etc?” You have been asking “Is the King really going to do what Tantanu did before at Papaala by providing our ancestors all types of food when they were eating raw food from the jungles?” The time has come and is here now for you to see the outreached Arm of God and His King in delivering His people.
Since first week of December last year we have been making small payouts to our clients around the world. Some of you have seen banking documents from Westpac, ANZ and BSP banks clearly outlining that IBOM Online Banking System is now operational and ready. The documents clearly read as “IBOM Online Application, IBOM Online Transfer, IBOM RIIFTRANS Transfer”. Our scoffers had since been hiding in shame. Our ridiculers who once said U-Vistract will never ever pay out are now beginning to wonder how it all happened. They are all nonplussed, confused, and bewildered because their small brains can longer be trusted. They are all looking stupid and worried now because we have proven them wrong in their own game. They cannot say anymore thing against us but to rush and join us as if they’d never said anything against us. We will not impose heavy penalties on them because they “knew not what they were doing unto us”.
It is with the above real hard facts and real testimonies of real people collecting real online funds through their conventional banks that we have decided to hold a Crowning Ceremony because we can now really make things happen as we want it done. The whole world is beginning to realize that something is really happening now. They are beginning to realize and rush forward to join the system. You are going to witness things you had not seen before. Our soldiers will be officially marching out in full gear. Their new uniforms are still on the way from Lotus Garments, Fiji, and should be arriving any day from now. They are contained in some 140 odd huge cartons and therefore taking time to arrive. As soon as they arrive our soldiers will be issued 3 pairs each for their regular duties as soldiers of the First Royal Papaala-Meekamui Regiment. Very soon our soldiers will pass out with full gear including Arms on the side.
Let us make this 22 days program a success. Everyday there will be a program running in the form of seminars, workshops, creative inventions, trade exhibitions, cultural dances, etc, presented by distinguished guests or representatives from around the world. They will be coming from different angles of life to make their presentations before the King and his people.
Today’s program was delayed from early morning till now because our officers in Buka had to make quick searches for camouflage uniforms for today’s program. Since our own uniforms manufactured in Fiji could not arrive in time for this opening address we just had to find whatever we could for the day. When our Fiji-made uniforms arrive things will become much more different and the atmosphere will be charged with achievement and success. Moreover, when our full Arms arrive the atmosphere will again be charged with more jubilation.
Conclusion:
Let me now close my short opening speech by loudly declaring that THE CORONATION CEREMONY AND 22-DAYS PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN. IT WILL CLOSE ON 31ST JANUARY WITH THE ACTUAL CROWNING CEREMONY OF THE KING.
The celebrations are not ordinary. We are celebrating the birth and victorious breakthrough of the Kingdom of heaven here on earth. U-Vistract was liquidated in PNG in 2000 AD under the laws of man. Two days after our forced liquidation I publically declared and put into motion the Kingdom of Papaala on 21st April 2000. Ten years later here at the old Cattle Farm, Manger or Staple, U-Vistract is making announcements to the world that it’s not dead but alive because the Founder and Owner of the System, Jesus Christ, is alive today and forevermore. If Jesus did not rise from the death 2000 years ago his Kingdom/System too would not arise from liquidation as we see today.
In the first week of December last year I delivered MM1 funds for UV clients, investors, helpers and IBOM customers. That’s why many people around the world began receiving online funds through their BSP, Westpac and ANZ bank accounts to the amazement of our scoffers.
Just imagine what is going to happen now after this celebration when I release MM2 funds for projects, governments and nations. 1b. When you struggle to set up something and complete it successfully in the midst of stiff opposition, mockery and ridicule you will derive a sense of permanent joy and fulfillment. The amount of satisfaction derived corresponds directly to the size and type of project, amount of opposition, process of establishment, and its benefit to society. The more people that benefit from your project the more joy & satisfaction you will derive.
INDEPENDENCE
1c. More than forty years ago when Bougainville leaders John Momis, late Paul Lapun, Glen Mola, and others commenced their negotiations for independence it was only a dream or some wild imagination. Then, thirty-four years ago in 1975 when our leaders made our first official UDI (unilateral declaration of independence) the dream became an achievable fact.
Again, twenty years ago in 1988 when late King Francis Ona led us into an armed struggle the concept of independence took a new turn. We realized through the painful way two types of independence – (i) Granted independence, and (ii) Realized independence. The former is achievable through roundtable discussions/negotiations with those who have authority over us. The latter is achievable by pure declaration and hard-work. The former makes us independent in a foreign controlled system whilst the latter makes us sovereign directly under God Almighty.
Bougainville has followed both options and succeeded in both. ABG followed the first option whilst Me’ekamui followed the other. God Almighty granted us success in both so we would not leave any stone unturned when we arrive at our common destination.
Under the first option Bougainville is now an Autonomous Province of Papua New Guinea, and under the second option Bougainville is now a sovereign Kingdom Nation. Both options have uniquely worked together and always complemented one another within the Mysteries of our God. One could not do without the other. The ABG could not succeed in its negotiations with PNG without Me’ekamui’s hardline stand. Likewise, the Me’ekamui could not succeed without ABG’s negotiations and provision of basic services. The Mysteries of our God are beyond our understanding.
WORKING TOGETHER:
Meeting of the minds between the two streams or mindsets took quite some time to achieve. And we all know the countless media accusations, name-callings, and even bloodshed those on one side had to endure from the other side thinking that their mindset/stream was the better option than the other. ABG was of the mindset that granted independence under PNG/UN was the best option whist Me’ekamui was of the mindset that realized independence or sovereignty was the better option. The pioneers of both streams, late King Ona and late President Kabui, could not meet each other face to face until death.
It was not until February 18th and 19th this year, 2009, that the historical meeting of minds between the two streams actually took place. President James Tanis visited me at my Tonu HQs and we cut covenant between ourselves agreeing to develop mutual understanding between both streams and work together towards our common goal of independence/sovereignty. Since then life on Bougainville has not been the same. Everything has changed and there’s now true peace and harmony.
TRIUNE GOVERNMENT
The concept of Triune Governing System was first propounded in July 2006 during a Pan Bougainville Leaders Meeting held in Tonu. ABG is our link to the conventional governing, monetary & banking system. Me’ekamui provides our national governance, defence and security whilst Papaala/UV provides our international governance, monetary & banking.
God alone has indeed created and set out His Royal Government in His own perfect image.
As a triune governing system Bougainville Island will never ever be defeated nor conquered by any worldly power. We will be self-existent, self preserved and self-reliant directly under God Almighty. Everything we need for our survival in both good and bad times will be readily available to us.
Not only will we be self reliant but we shall also be self controlled rather than foreign-controlled; We shall be self-financed rather than foreign-financed; We shall be self-ruled rather than foreign ruled; We shall be self-determined rather than foreigners determining our future; We shall be self-motivated rather than strangers pushing us around; We shall be self-creative/inventive rather than somebody else creating/inventing things for us. The list of self-created/invented items and systems that we’ll realize in the process is unlimited.
Of course we will have formal international connections and networks with the outside world but right here at the heart of our new global governing system we must be self-creative and/or innovative in order to rule and reign as a sovereign Kingdom Nation forever. This is our birthright which we will only realize when the Triune Governing System is fully operational.
