NEW BOUGAINVILLE MONEY

By: David K. Solomon
26th Turquoise 2009 / 26th May 2009

U-Vistract System is set to launch its first trillion dollar hard currency on 08th Jasper (July) 2009 for circulation as national currency for Bougainville Islands. System Director, HM King David Peii II announced this yesterday at a gathering of enthusiastic government members and ministers confirming that Bougainville Kina is now in print overseas.

“This is our first gold-based hard currency to be printed and circulated here on the ground. We still have 7 more currencies including KM$, KPM, TKP, SPR, NS$, UVG and UV$ to be printed in our new global system” said the King who is also head of state of the region of Bougainville Islands. “Our reserve currency is UV GOLD which is both digital and physical.”

“Our Central Bank allows us to print up to BVK 4.4444 trillion based on our gold reserves but we’ll just start off with BVK 40.00 billion only. As you can see, the amount is too much for our small island nation compared to neighbouring PNG whose annual budget is a lousy PGK 4.00 billion.”

When asked about its convertibility, the King responded “The conventional international banking system has already accepted our currency in principle and is ready to convert it into other currencies like USD, AUD, PGK, SBD, FJD and GBP. That’s why we are now minting/printing it for circulation on the ground” the King explained.

“We have less than 5 weeks to go before the launching ceremony. Our affiliate governments overseas are hard at work undertaking this very important project.” Minting/printing is expected to be completed by end of June, a week before the launching.

It is understood that affiliate regional governments, organizations and nations have been invited to witness the ceremony. ENDS.

UNIVERSAL ECONOMIC CALENDAR

By David K. Solomon
20th Turquoise 2009 /20th May 2009.

U-Vistract system performed another stunt in its ongoing global transformation development program by introducing a new universal economic calendar.

System Director HM King Peii II unveilled this yesterday when presenting phase three of the system calendar at a special meeting attended by senior government ministers at Royal Admin block, Kings Square. "Our first calendar was released in 2005, our second calendar in 2008 and this is the third" said the director. "We always take things step by step in order to minimise unnecessary confusion amongst the people."

"The first phase was designed in our original language of Papaa'la, the second and third are written in English in order to involve the international community" the director continued.

"Basically, our new global system commenced full operations on 08th July 1998 which was a Wednesday. Therefore, Wednesday is our first day of work which we now call
"Lightday" because God created light on His first day of creation. Thursday is our second day of work or Skyday because God created the sky on the second day and so on" the director explained.

In a nutshell, first day is called Lightday, second is Skyday, third is Plantsday, fourth is Solarday, fifth is Creaturesday, sixth is Manday and seventh is Restday. Everybody rests on Restday and commences work on Lightday.

The new calendar will also help in uniting and reconciling Saturday and Sunday worshippers as everyone will now work and rest on the same days. Asked whether Christian churches will accept his calendar he said "There will no longer be any argument about Saturday and Sunday because we don't have any of that in our system. Anyone who argues about Saturday or Sunday is of the other world system. We are a totally different, independent and sovereign universal system of our own. It's a different civilization, a new heaven and new earth system, with its own concepts, laws and calendars, etc." the King continued.

Unlike the conventional calendar U-Vistract Calendar has only one day to a weekend. "This is because God also rested for one day only, not two days. If people want longer weekends they can get permission from their divisional heads and it shall be granted with full pay. There's no restriction to people's freedom of choice."

Papaa'la Chronicles understands that the new calendar will come into force immediately through state and system agencies including Community and International Banking, government, church and payroll administration. ENDS.

RECONCILIATION - DAMIEN KOIKE AND THOMAS TARI

TRUTH, UNITY, PEACE AND RECONCILIATION PROGRAM
30th Chalcedony 2009 / 30th April 2009
By Samuel Miikaii

A major peace and reconciliation ceremony was held yesterday at Tonu U-Vistract headquarters between former BRA Buin Commander Thomas Tari and incumbent MDF Southern Commander Damien Koike. The occasion was witnessed by more than 3,000 people representing different parts of Bougainville, PNG and Fiji. The reconciliation also covered the 2006 attack on U-Vistract HQ by Thomas Tari and allied forces of ABG police and BFF.

Prior to the ceremony Thomas Tari invited Damien Koike’s soldiers and several civilians for a personal visit to his Kangku base on Restday 25th Chalcedony. Again on Plantsday Mr. Tari sent a delegation to Tonu under a customary law of “Aari” with a pig and two strings of shell money (mimis). This is a normal customary practice that goes before someone enters a restricted area due to deaths or bloodshed.

Major speakers at the ceremony included Damien Koike, Thomas Tari, Dr Leo Diou (Chief negotiator), John Itanu (Buin District Manager), Philip Mapah (UV Chief Administrator), Ps Andrew Manden (Peace Advocate) and HRH Meshach Autahe (Chairman Pei Mure Assoc).

After the ceremony Messrs Koike and Tari were so overjoyed such that they could not stop shaking hands every few minutes. “Mr. Tari emi brata blong mi stret. Mi nogat kros long em” (Mr. Tari is my brother…I don’t have anything against him) said Mr. Koike in front of the cheerful crowd that gathered at the former United Church hall.

The final speaker and Pei Mure Peace Makers Chairman, HRH Meshach Autahe, thanked everyone that gathered for the ceremony. “U-Vistract System emi ol lapun blong yumi yet i bin prophesaim stat long yia 1922 ikam inap nau hia long Tonu HQ” (U-Vistract System was prophesied by our own chiefs since 1922 right here at Tonu HQ). “As Bougainvilleans we must all work together in their footsteps and arrive at the promise land quicker” said the Chairman.

Papa’ala Chronicles understands from recent communications between ABG President Hon. James Tanis and Head of State HM King Peii II that Peace and Reconciliation are top priorities of the U-Vistract global system.

ME'EKAMUI COURT OF JUSTICE MATURES

23rd Chalcedony 2009 / 23rd April 2009
By Samuel Miikaii

U-Vistract Court of Justice is gaining widespread community support as the burgeoning peace between ABG and Meekamui government continues. According to Police Commissioner Michael Mayoko outstanding cases involving rape, adultery and violence from ABG controlled areas are being referred to the Me’ekamui Court of Appeal in Tonu for final hearing and decision.

Yesterday’s case involved an ABG policeman who allegedly raped a married woman whilst in police custody. The case was reported to the Me’ekamui government by the victim herself and recorded on video tape before a summons was issued.

The defendant, Mr. Matthew Ninamo was accompanied by fellow policemen and a host of civilians who wanted to witness how the historical case would be resolved.

Royal Me’ekamui magistrates decided the case according to Custom, Common law and Scripture to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. Everyone including both Complainant (Ms Kopoko) and defendant (Mr. Ninamo) were satisfied with the decision.
“In our system everyone is treated equally and fairly according to the wisdom of God” says Mr. Mayoko. “I am overjoyed to see my counterparts come to Tonu for the court hearing/decision…This is history in the making… In custom we are all one but foreign politics makes us fight each other” the Police Commissioner continued.

Papa’ala Chronicles understands from recent communications between ABG President Hon. James Tanis and Head of State HM King Peii II that difficult cases from either side can be referred from one to the other. In this way no one will be able to avoid justice on Bougainville.
